Li Xiaodong is the deputy governor and acting district chief of the Huadu District People's Government

This morning (12Th), the Standing Committee of the Sixteenth People's Congress of Huadu District held its Sixty-first Meeting and voted to approve the appointment and dismissal of personnel.

Li Yaotang, chairman of the Standing Committee of the Huadu District People's Congress, and 26 members of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Huadu District, including Wang Jianshun, Yao Xiaoqun, Xu Yongsheng, Li Qionghui, Chen Xiao'an, and Lan Haibin, deputy directors of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, attended the meeting, and the number of attendees complied with the law. Luo Ganzheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Huadu District CPC Committee and deputy head of the district, Lan Xiaojun, deputy secretary of the District Discipline Inspection Commission and deputy director of the Supervision Commission, relevant responsible persons of the district people's court and the district people's procuratorate, relevant personnel of the standing committee of the district people's congress, and responsible persons of the people's congresses of various towns and neighborhoods attended the meeting as observers.

After deliberation and voting, the meeting decided to appoint Li Xiaodong as deputy governor of the Huadu District People's Government of Guangzhou City, Wu Dan as director of the Guangzhou Huadu District Finance Bureau, and Chen Weiwen as director of the Guangzhou Huadu District Science and Technology Industry Commerce and Information Technology Bureau; decided to dismiss Li Yilin from his post as director of the Guangzhou Huadu District Finance Bureau, Wu Dan from his post as director of the Guangzhou Huadu District Financial Work Bureau, and Ding Junling from his post as director of the Guangzhou Huadu District Science, Technology, Industry, Commerce, and Information Technology Bureau; and Wei Wei from his posts as a member and judge of the adjudication committee of the Guangzhou Huadu District People's Court.

Due to the adjustment of work, Xing Xiang applied to resign from the post of district chief of the Huadu District People's Government of Guangzhou City, and the meeting voted and passed the decision on accepting Xing Xiang's resignation as the district chief of the Huadu District People's Government of Guangzhou City. In order to ensure the stability and continuity of the work of the district government, the meeting decided that Li Xiaodong would be the acting district chief of the People's Government of Huadu District, Guangzhou.

The Conference also organized the constitutional oath and the issuance of letters of appointment by the appointed personnel.
