"The location advantage has great potential and imagination in the future development hub economy of Huadu, and the future development hub of Huadu has a solid economic foundation and broad prospects, and will surely be an important gathering place for passenger flow, logistics, information flow and capital flow in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area." Li Xiaodong said.
The first is to strengthen the "big traffic" and build an open door for cooperation to the world. Huadu District will make every effort to promote the "integration" of air-rail hubs, accelerate the exploration of the "Baiyun Airport - Guangzhou North Railway Station" integrated air-rail intermodal transport model, actively promote the seamless connection between the North Railway Station and the airport, build Guangzhou North Railway Station into a modern comprehensive three-dimensional transportation demonstration project of "four-network integration and multimodal transport", and strive to achieve "to the North Railway Station is to the airport". Fully promote the "networking" of rail transit, actively promote the acceleration of construction of Guangzhou East to Huadu Tiangui Intercity and Metro Line 24, and achieve "half-hour commuting" with the central urban area of Guangzhou; promote the guangzhou-Zhuhai-Macao high-speed railway, Guangzhou-Shenzhen second high-speed railway and other lines to connect to Guangzhou North Railway Station, and achieve "1-hour access" with major cities in the Greater Bay Area; vigorously introduce Lines such as the Guangzhou-Qingdaoyong high-speed railway and the Guizhou-Guangzhou high-speed railway Guangning liaison line to achieve "4-hour access" with the Pan-Pearl River Delta region.

The western region will seize the "new track" of intelligent new energy vehicles, focus on the two major directions of intelligent network connection and new energy, deepen a new round of strategic cooperation with Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., accelerate the extension of the strong chain, accelerate the construction of an intelligent network closed test field covering an area of 2300 acres, and build an intelligent new energy vehicle industry chain system with vehicle manufacturing as the core, widely gathered parts enterprises, and intelligent innovative enterprises.
The eastern part launched the "Ascendas Card" of Linkong Digital Intelligence, took the lead in promoting the construction of about 2.6 square kilometers of startup area, relying on leading enterprises such as Hongli Zhihui, Guoguang, Jiesai Technology, Zhidu, Mingwei Electronics, etc., vigorously introduced artificial intelligence, new display, xinchuang, semiconductor, blockchain, biomedicine, high-end aviation manufacturing and other industries, preemptively laid out future industries, and made every effort to build two 100-billion-level industrial clusters of intelligent electronics industry and linkong high-tech industry;
The whole region has rejuvenated the "new vitality" of traditional industries, vigorously implemented the action of "using data to empower wisdom on the cloud", promoted the transformation of leather and leather goods, cosmetics, clothing, jewelry, custom home, sound and optoelectronics and other industries to digitalization, intelligence and branding, promoted the linkage between "manufacturing" and "fashion", and created a number of leading enterprises and well-known brands.
The third is to cultivate "new consumption" and build an international duty-free tourism consumption center. Vigorously introduce a number of the world's and China's top 500 enterprises and regional headquarters to settle in, accelerate the convenient interconnection and linkage development of the east-west square of Guangzhou North Railway Station, focus on the development of bonded tax exemption, headquarters office, conference and exhibition, fashion consumption, ice and snow economy and other industries, improve passenger service supporting facilities, and strive to build a global comprehensive transportation hub consumption gathering place and weather vane.
Create a "new gateway" for international brands to enter the domestic market. While accelerating the construction of the North Railway Station duty-free commercial complex project, we will strive to set up duty-free shops in Huadu, explore the establishment of a global premium display and trading experience center, and vigorously attract international well-known brands to set up first stores, flagship stores and general agents, so as to build Huadu into a "new magnetic field" to attract new consumption.
