Among my family members, my grandmother, father, and uncle are all veteran party members who have been in the party for decades. As early as the end of the 1980s, when I was still in college, I submitted my first application to join the party. At that time, witnessing the rapid development of the motherland after the reform and opening up strengthened my belief in actively moving closer to the party organization.

After graduating from university, I became an engineer at the Shanghai Railway Bureau at that time. In this position, I submitted my application to join the party again. This time, I had the privilege of becoming an active member of the party, taking party classes, living an organized life, and receiving edification.

In 1996, I went to the United States to study. After graduating and returning home, I entered a world-renowned foreign company. Although I was concerned about joining the party at this time, the foreign companies at that time still lacked this atmosphere. This delay was in 2008.

This year, shortly after I entered the start-up Spring Airlines, in mid-January, Shanghai suffered a once-in-a-century heavy snowfall. The snow stopped for more than half a month, and the planes were lying on the apron, unable to move. If you want the plane to fly, but also to fly safely, you need to use a de-icing vehicle worth several million yuan. The company does not have its own de-icing trucks, and can only rely on borrowing. However, the de-icing vehicles at the airport drive full horsepower every day, and they are not enough to "grab" at all.

Coinciding with the peak of the Spring Festival, passengers waiting to return home to reunite with their loved ones are looking forward to it. At this time, the party members of the company's maintenance engineering department stood up and took the initiative to ask for help. After observing the construction of the de-icing truck, the engineers drew up the design overnight, installed the injection tube of the booster pump with a incubator, and assembled a simple de-icing truck that met the technical standards. This de-icing truck is really "soil", and it takes manual twitching of the belt to turn it up. Every day at two or three o'clock in the morning, you have to get up and boil the water, mix the boiling water and de-icing liquid, and then carry out manual operations.

The equipment is "soil", and the method is also "soil": the machine is not enough, relying on people. Not caring about the biting cold on the tarmac, everyone scrambled to tie up their seat belts and climb up the wings, first sweeping the snow on the fuselage and wings with brooms and rags, and then spraying with de-icing liquid. Carrying a spray tube in his hand, he sprayed upwards, and the deicing liquid slowly seeped down his arm. At first, the feeling was still warm, and within a few minutes the arm was frozen unconscious, and a person could only hold on for ten minutes. Despite this, no one retreated, everyone lined up one by one to relay, you are tired and I followed up, as if rushing to the battlefield. At 9 a.m. the next day, all the planes of "Spring and Autumn" took off safely. Such combat power stunned the peers who still had many aircraft waiting in line to de-icing.

This battle to de-ice has brought the exemplary power of the Communists to life vividly in front of me -- especially able to endure hardships and especially able to fight. Such a strong cohesion is something I have never seen during my study abroad. Inspired, I wrote my third application to join the party.

In 2011, I finally became an honorable Member of the Communist Party. The acceptance of me by the Party organization has made me feel a heavy responsibility on my shoulders. As the head of the company, I took the lead in hard work, encountered new situations and new problems, and often had to fight until midnight. In the heat and cold, on holidays, I am often on the front line of production and operation, and I am busy with the employees who stick to their posts. After entering the "Spring and Autumn", I did not spend a Chinese New Year's Eve with my family, and a long "Eleventh" holiday.

Today, Chunqiu Group has 2 party committees and more than 800 party members, who are the backbone of the company. In particular, under the influence of the older generation of Communist Party members in the Spring and Autumn Period, young party members always endure hardships at key moments, stand up and become the top pillar of the company. Their spirit of selflessness and sacrifice has influenced and inspired more people.

As a young generation of entrepreneurs, but also as a Communist Party member, I will further carry forward the entrepreneurial spirit, while serving the country in industry, effectively respond to the party's call, sincerely repay the society, earnestly fulfill social responsibilities, and take responsibility for the country and benefit the people.
