In the silence of all kinds of people, meditating on the self is a lamp, and there is no sound, when this person first enters the feast, the dream first awakens, the group does not rise, and this person first comes out of the chaos. Taking advantage of this, the thoughts are different, and the light is shining back, knowing that the ears, eyes, mouth, nose and mouth are shackled, and the lust is obsessed with machinery.
"A lamp is bright", which means a lone lamp, which is as bright as a bright light "feasting silence", which means quiet and deep sleep. "Group movement" is the movement of all things. "Chaos" is the scene before the heavens and the earth are divided, and the world is not clear, metaphorically the spiritual is unknown, still in the state of nothingness.
In the dead of night, a lone lamp accompanied me, and at this time, it was also the time for me to fall asleep quietly. And when the dream first awakens, when the group is not moving, it is when we first come out of the dream, in this precious time, with the light of the heart, to reflect on ourselves, because at this time fame and fortune and delusional thoughts have not arisen, so the senses of knowing that the ears, eyes, mouth, nose and other functions are obstacles that bind my heart, and lust and material desire are just the machinery that makes my body degenerate.
The "Ying" of "Yingran" is screened. That is, a faint light. In the silent chamber, a dim lone lamp flickers, which is the scene in the middle of the night.
"Ten thousand sounds" refers to the sound of all things, and when the sound of all things is completely still, it is the moment when we enter a state of peaceful silence, that is, what Mencius called "the qi of Pingdan", that is, the morning breath that has not yet come into contact with all things. Being in this atmosphere is also a moment of conscience.
In the dead of night, when people are quiet, they wake up from good dreams, are silent, and the group is not moving, invading the unknown state of existence and nothingness, the state of mind is pure, and the atmosphere is pure. From this system until the moment of dawn, with "a thought back to the light" to reflect on me, that is, to calmly reflect on the self, observe the self, the Zen phrase "back to the light and return to the light" is the meaning of reflection and cultivation. We should always examine ourselves and reflect on ourselves throughout our lives.
"Returning to the heart" is to clearly return to one's own heart, while "returning to the light" is to illuminate the whole body with the original mind, and make it turn around and illuminate one's own heart.
"Returning to the light" originally meant "returning to the sunset". The rising sun rises from the east and the sunset returns from the west, which is used as a metaphor to restrain the self, cultivate the self, and examine the self.
"Lust, lust" is the "machinery" of our psychology.
Lust and lust control the will of our people, and our intentions will be shaken by lust and hobbies, and quietly reflect on ourselves after the night and before dawn.
When you are trapped by troubles, if you can understand your own heart, you can find out your shortcomings and the crux of your problems.
