At this time, the air is fresh and moist, and the earth is clean and clean. Quiet enough to hear: the chatter of stars and moon in the sky, the laughter of flowers swaying in the breeze on the ground, the chasing and teasing of fish in the water.
When the green mountains and green water woke up, they felt that they had both a strong atmosphere of rivers and lakes, a quiet valley feeling and a beautiful water village atmosphere. The annual rings rotate, and the years flies. Thirty years have passed in such calm days. Iron Mountain has become the "big water tank" of Yueyang's millions of citizens. On March 30, 2011, the reservoir area was eroded by a sudden storm. That day, there was a "surprise attack" in the city, and he presided over the convening of a meeting of relevant leaders. It was immediately announced: the official seals of the three towns in the reservoir area and the urban construction planning station were confiscated and handed over to the Yueyang County Discipline Inspection Commission for sealing; Promised to issue the "Iron Mountain Water Resources Protection Work Plan" within three months; During this period, any Kurshin was not allowed to build dangerous houses, cultivate fields, raise livestock, cut bamboo trees, run enterprises, take river sand, fish and shrimp, and capital construction on legal land that the state has designated and issued licenses. More and more houses are doing this, and they are struggling to start construction if they didn't want to do it. It became a daily control and a daily construction, and the last one was out of control. The cadres were criticized by the leaders and scolded by the masses, and they were fed up with anger at both ends.
In this way, the "plan" that was promised to be introduced in three months became a "freak" who died in the womb for three years and seven months. In the spring of 2014, the entire reservoir area was still shrouded in dark clouds, and there were storms and rains every day. The contradiction between cadres and the masses has become increasingly fierce in the reservoir area and has become a time bomb that undermines social harmony and stability.
As a retired teacher who has lived and worked in the reservoir area all my life, I have a bit of culture, so every day the people in the reservoir area come to me to reflect the situation for them. And I am old and weak, and it is not easy to find a leader; I thought: Now that the Internet is so developed, leaders may be able to perceive the people's feelings through the Internet. For the sake of the people's livelihood in the reservoir area, I wrote several articles in a row to appeal on the red Internet, many of which were printed out by the county and city network publicity offices and submitted to the leaders' desks. It has attracted great attention and attention from leaders at the provincial, municipal and county levels. Finally, one day, the leaders of the city's and county network propaganda offices and propaganda departments called me to inform me: I would go to the city's "Xiaochao Hotel" on Monday to hold a symposium.
