Dear iQIYI VIP members,
Recently, the discussion triggered by member experience has made us deeply realize that being user-centric and valuing user experience is the premise and foundation for us to do a good job in content, products and services. After careful consideration and urgent research and development, we have made the following adjustments:
1. For iQIYI Gold VIP members who are still subscribed on February 20, 2023, the screen projection service in 720P and 1080P definition will be restored: members of single-month/season/annual passes can use it until the end of this order; Continuous monthly/seasonal/annual membership, if you continue to subscribe, can continue to use.
2. In order to facilitate users' cross-terminal use, from February 20, 2023, iQIYI Gold, Platinum and Star Diamond VIP members can log in on 5 devices, and there is no longer a restriction on the types of login devices. There are no restrictions on the types of devices that can be played at the same time, i.e. any 2 units for Gold VIP members (mobile phone/computer/tablet), 2 units for Platinum VIP members (mobile phone/computer/tablet/TV, etc.) Any 2 units: Star Diamond VIP member (mobile phone/computer/tablet/TV/VR, etc.) any 3 units. When the maximum number of playback devices is reached, we prompt the user to select the playback device they want to use. If the account is locked due to security risks such as abnormal IP addresses, the user can unlock the account by changing the password.
