In order to promote the study, publicity, and implementation of the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress in depth and in a down-to-earth manner, and to fully implement and integrate it into administrative procuratorial work, all cadres and policemen of the Sixth Procuratorial Department will achieve three persistences:
