Another "old friend of the Chinese" has left: Fidel Castro, the world's longest-serving head of state, died on November 25, 2016, at the age of 90. He ruled Cuba for 57 years from 1959, from Eisen Howell to Kennedy all the way to Obama, and he survived eleven U.S. presidents, but "I stood still." Before his death, he had smoothly handed over the whole country to his brother Raul Castro to ensure that the country did not change color.
Castro was undoubtedly an idealist. He built a "socialist" state in the powerful backyard of U.S. imperialism. But according to the survey, the people's happiness index is extremely high, because they don't know how wonderful the outside world is.
Fidel Castro, who served as head of state and political head of State in Cuba for 49 years, did not engage in a nominal cult of personality. In public, he never shouted only "Long live Cuba!"
