The conference released two conceptual documents, "Working Together to Build a Community of Shared Future in Cyberspace" and "Cyber Sovereignty: Theory and Practice", as well as important achievements such as "World Internet Development Report 2019", "China Internet Development Report 2019", "Wuzhen Outlook 2019" and so on.

"It is the common responsibility of the international community to develop, use and govern the Internet well, so that the Internet can better benefit mankind." Since the World Internet Conference was held for six years, President Xi Jinping has "spoken out" for six consecutive years: 4 congratulatory letters, 1 video speech, and 1 in person to participate in the opening ceremony, continuing to pay attention to this global Internet event. In 2019, the development of the world Internet entered its 50th year, and it was also the 25th year of China's full-featured access to the International Internet. To the big picture, the Internet information industry is related to the process of globalization and the overall plan of peaceful development; to the small place, dreams, opportunities, struggles... Gathered on the stage of the network, the excitement of life is also changed.

"Wuzhen Time" has the dream of a network power. Statistics show that as of June 2019, the scale of China's Internet users exceeded 800 million, and the Internet penetration rate reached 61.2%; in 2018, the scale of China's digital economy exceeded 30 trillion yuan, ranking second in the world. At the global level, it is estimated that the value of e-commerce reached $29 trillion in 2017, accounting for more than 1/3 of global GDP. Taking only the highlight of this year's conference, the "Internet Light" Expo, as an example, it attracted more than 600 world-renowned Internet companies and innovative enterprises to participate, and the total number of exhibitors hit a record high. Behind the numbers is the magnetic field effect of China's network power construction. In recent years, under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thinking on network power, China has moved from a network power to a network power, accelerated the construction of Internet infrastructure, independent innovation and core technologies have made rapid progress, and the digital economy and network security have flown in tandem, and the internet information industry has made historic achievements.

In the past six years, from "interconnection, sharing and co-governance", to "innovation-driven benefit to mankind", "developing the digital economy and promoting open sharing", to "creating a digital world of mutual trust and co-governance" and "intelligent interconnection and open cooperation", the form and content of the World Internet Conference have been updated. However, the main line of jointly building the concept of a community of shared future in cyberspace has not changed. On December 16, 2015, General Secretary Xi Jinping took the lead in proposing the "four principles" that should be adhered to in promoting the reform of the global Internet governance system at the Second World Internet Conference, and also put forward the "five-point proposal" on jointly building a community of common destiny in cyberspace. Today, the blossoming "Wuzhen Consensus" is turning the glory of the community of shared future in cyberspace into the warmth of wisdom in global governance.

The duration of the session is limited, and the future is unlimited. Today, "Wuzhen Voice" has become the voice of friendship leading international cooperation on the Internet, and the "Wuzhen Plan" has also become the key methodology for building a community of common destiny in cyberspace - co-creation of opportunities, sharing in the future, going straight, calling for friends, when the Internet has become the main engine of global economic growth, when the Internet + quietly increases the sense of gain and happiness of the people of the world, this beam of Internet light from the East will continue to light up the glory and dream of the world!
