In order to enrich the amateur life of teachers and staff, enhance their exchanges, and enliven the team atmosphere, the "Teacher's Soul Station" of Yongxing Middle School was officially completed and opened in May 2021. At this point, the teachers have a good place for leisure and entertainment after work, and the "Teacher's Soul Station" has become the "pressure relief valve" and "gas station" for the growth of the teachers and staff, which has improved the happiness index of the teachers and staff, and also allowed more than 100 teachers and staff to find a harbor for the soul to inhabit here.
After the completion of the station, the school started from the actual situation and organized a variety of recreational activities to alleviate the work pressure of teachers and create a healthy and happy working atmosphere. Many teachers like to chat, rest, and relieve psychological pressure after work. Inside the station, the laughter of the teachers rose and fell, and the atmosphere was warm.
With the theme of serving the physical and mental health of teachers, the station is carefully designed and reasonably planned, integrating entertainment and rest, equipped with a TV set, a massage chair, a coffee machine, a book corner, and a rattan chair and coffee table for everyone to rest. The station not only realizes the function of strengthening the brain, but also has fitness conditions to give everyone the warmth of the home.
