According to the News of Hebei Workers Daily, in order to further extend the service radius of the trade union workers' home, provide diversified, high-quality and accurate services for employees, enhance the civilization literacy of employees, and give play to the main role of the city's employees in the construction of urban civilization, recently, the Hebei Qinhuangdao Federation of Trade Unions issued the "Implementation Plan on The Creation of Municipal "Employee Soul Stations", and officially launched the municipal "Employee Soul Station" creation activities.

In accordance with the requirements of the "Plan", the "Employee Soul Station" was created to promote the development of enterprises and care for the mental health of employees as the focus, to deepen the standardized construction of grass-roots trade unions and stimulate the vitality of grass-roots trade unions as the main line, to create a municipal "employee spiritual station" construction as the guide, grass-roots trade union psychological counseling room construction as the basis, employee psychological counseling, counseling as the support of the staff mental health service system. Chen Yonghun, vice chairman of the municipal federation of trade unions, introduced that within this year, it is planned to build 1 federation of trade unions in The Qinhuangdao Development Zone, 1 municipal education, science, culture and health trade union, 1 municipal system trade union, and 1-2 grass-roots trade unions directly under the municipal general administration. At the same time, the creation of the municipal "Workers' Soul Station" is a long-term work, and other units with construction intentions can also apply for construction to the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions.

In order to ensure that the "Workers' Spiritual Station" is built and used well, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions has introduced four measures. Formulate a plan to standardize the construction process. The implementation plan for the creation of the issuance clarifies the principles of voluntary declaration, standardized construction, acceptance subsidies, and ledger management, and requires each "spiritual station" to formulate and publicize the management system and the code of conduct for psychological counselors, and carry out online or offline activities at least once a month; hire professionals to upgrade software and hardware facilities. The "Soul Station" should hire full-time (part-time) psychological counselors with national qualifications, and at the same time organize volunteer service teams of employees of units interested in psychology and have a sense of responsibility to provide effective mental health services. Psychological counseling rooms should be equipped with infrastructure and equipment such as relaxation chairs and sand tables; enrich the content of activities and improve their attractiveness. It is necessary to open up a column of "Employees' Spiritual Stations - Employees' Online Conversation Room" on the website or public account of the unit trade union, invite psychological experts or volunteer teams to disseminate mental health knowledge online, provide personalized psychological assistance services, and answer hot issues that employees are concerned about. At the same time, offline interactive lectures on mental health and exhibitions of mental health knowledge and pictures will be held; improve the funding subsidy mechanism. The construction funds of each "spiritual station" should first be paid from the funds of the trade union at the same level, and at the same time actively strive for administrative financial support. After the construction is completed and put into use, the application for financial subsidies is submitted to the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and the Plaque is awarded after the Acceptance of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and a maximum of 40,000 yuan of financial subsidies are given according to the actual situation.

Chen Yonghun said that adapting to the development needs of the times and caring for the mental health of employees has become one of the key tasks of the current trade union organization. Trade unions at all levels in the city will combine the construction of "workers' homes", continue to promote the creation of municipal "employees' spiritual stations", explore and improve the ideas and mechanisms for the construction of post stations, and strive to build "employees' spiritual stations" into a mental health service position that is deeply trusted by employees.
