How to make every "Rocket Man" have a chance to shine? "The Rocket Institute has built a perfect career development channel, cultivated high-skilled talents, and made workers feel that their work is valuable, their personality is respected, their development has a future, and their lives are dignified." Yang Jie, executive vice chairman of the Rocket Institute Trade Union and director of the Group Work Department, told the Workers Daily reporter.

Make an extraordinary career in an ordinary position

"Having the honor of being elected as a model worker of our academy to visit the 200th launch is not only a spiritual return for individuals, but also an exchange and learning, and another spiritual inheritance and strength accumulation." Before the launch, the representatives of the third model workers of the Rocket Academy also gathered at the Xichang Launch Base for exchanges and discussions.

At the forum, Li Minghua, secretary of the party committee of the Rocket Academy, held that in various historical periods of the development of the Rocket Academy, labor models have made extraordinary undertakings in ordinary posts, and on the road to devoting themselves to the construction of a space power, more labor models and craftsmen of big countries will inevitably emerge.

Build a good pattern of skilled talents to stand out

In 1980, Gao Fenglin, who graduated from the Technical Workers School, was assigned to the rocket engine welding workshop of the 211 factory of the Rocket Institute. Engaged in rocket engine welding work for more than 30 years, known as the "heart" of the rocket "golden hand sky welding".

Looking back on his experience of growing up, there is a period that must be mentioned. After leaving the school for 8 years, Gao Fenglin re-entered the campus and began a 4-year arduous amateur study. Kung Fu paid off, he first achieved the first in practical exercises and the second in theory in technical competitions, and soon got the university diploma that he had been looking forward to for many years, and then completed the study from undergraduate to graduate.

Vocational skills competitions and themed activities are traditional in rocket academies. The Vocational Skills Competition, which began in 1998, has been held for 19 years. In the past three years, 6 national technical experts and 8 aerospace technology experts have been selected and trained through competitions, and "big country craftsmen" Gao Fenglin and Han Liping have stood out through skill competitions.

The Rocket Institute also carried out various forms of theme activities such as the Aerospace Skills Carnival, the Post Training, and thematic Labor Competition. In the carnival activities, high-skilled talents are gathered together to display "unique skills" on the spot and cooperate to complete "intelligent manufacturing tasks".

According to reports, the Rocket Institute has also vigorously promoted the construction of the model worker innovation studio, formulated the "Management Measures for the Labor Model (Employee) Innovation Studio (Provisional)", and has built two state-level labor model innovation studios and 5 theater-level labor model innovation studios, giving full play to the radiation role of "master + team", carrying out joint research, and effectively promoting professional development, technical research and skill inheritance. In order to broaden the international vision of employees, the Rocket Institute organized employees to participate in the Nuremberg International Invention Exhibition in Germany for five consecutive years and won 13 gold awards.

Hou zhi respects the excellent culture of caring for labor models

On April 28, the third commendation meeting of the Rocket Academy was held, and 50 college-level labor models took the stage to accept the honor.

As early as 2013, the Rocket Institute took the lead in establishing a court-level labor model selection mechanism among the second-level units of the group company, and formulated the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Labor Models", which was selected every 3 years. So far, the selection and recognition activities have been held three times, and 137 people have won this honor.

"While giving spiritual rewards to the labor models, we must also give the labor models more material care." Let them have a sense of honor, happiness and gain, be universally respected by the whole hospital, enjoy the dividends of reform and development, and obtain the fruitful results of their labor contributions. Li Minghua said.

Respecting the labor model, caring for the labor model, and loving the labor model are the consensus of the Rocket Academy and the conscious action of the vast number of employees. On May 15, the "Administrative Measures for the Selection and Management of Model Workers of the Rocket Academy" was officially implemented, which was more meticulous in the management of labor models, more comprehensive in care for labor models, and the treatment of labor models was higher than that formulated before.

A model worker is a flag. In the hospital, 12 roving report meetings on the advanced deeds of labor models were held successively, and more than 6,500 cadres and workers from 22 units of the hospital participated in the report meeting. Television stations, newspapers and publications in the hospital have opened up special propaganda columns for model workers and craftsmen of shenjian, and each issue of special topics publicizes 1 model worker and craftsman of shenjian, which has set off an upsurge of learning labor models, striving to be labor models, basing on posts, and making meritorious achievements in the whole hospital.
