After the Bloody Battle, Reus and Isabel defeat the Super Iron Blood and become survivors of the hunting game. However, their only hope of returning to Earth, the Iron-Blooded Shuttle Ship, was also destroyed during the battle, leaving the two temporarily stranded on the planet.
There were still a large number of Hell-Hounds wandering around the neighborhood, and in order to survive in the harsh environment, Royce and Isabella had to cooperate with each other, and the two maintained a physical relationship for a period of time in the process of relying on each other.
Thankfully, although the "Super Iron Blood" squads on the Hunting Star have been wiped out, there are still supplies that are still sent by airdrop from time to time, and they can survive by collecting these supplies and hunting local protozoa. In addition, Royce discovers that many alien creatures have been sent here in the same way in addition to supplies, which makes him sure that more "super iron-blooded" will return here to continue hunting, and if they can capture their ships, they will have a chance to return to Earth.
Sure enough, a few months later, an Iron Blood ship landed on the Hunting Star, and a Super Iron Blood appeared exactly near the two men's camp, delivering a box of supplies directly to Royce's eyes. When I opened it, I found a set of Predator armor inside, but it was clear that it had been modified to fit the size of a human body.
Reuss realized that this was a challenge to him by the "Super Iron Blood", as he had previously defeated their companions in battle, so he sent a set of armor in the hope of a fairer match. But Isabella clearly knows more about the Iron Blood tradition, and she thinks that once she wears this armor, it means accepting the cruel logic of survival, which means becoming a member of the Predator.
Although Isabella repeatedly pleaded with Royce not to wear the armor, the latter was reluctant to miss the opportunity, fearing that if he missed it, he would not know how long to wait, and since the Iron Blood could accurately find the location of the camp, it meant that the entire planet was within their surveillance, so there was no point in continuing to hide. It turned out that Royce's speculation was correct, and soon a huge predator with four arms appeared near their camp, roaring and challenging Royce.
In the midst of the bitter battle, Reus repeated the same trick, using Isabel to attract the attention of four hands of iron blood, sneaking from the rear to kill the opponent. Isabel questioned whether Reuss was justified in using this tactic in the duel, but was ridiculed by the latter, "Did they bring us to this damn planet?"
The Four-Handed Predator may not be a pure Predator, but a biological weapon mixed with the genes of other species, similar to the Ultimate Predator in Predator 2018.

The content of the comic has actually ended here, the two are still trapped on the hunting star, and the situation has not improved. However, in the plot of Predator: Hunting Ground, Isabel has returned to Earth and worked with Dutch for OOWLF (Xeno Life Project) to become a full-time "Predator". Regarding the character of Sean Keith, he is the son of Peter Keith, the C.I.A. agent who was killed by "City Iron" in Los Angeles in 1997 (the two actors are also father and son in reality). After constant experimentation, they finally grasped some rules, and then found that they could lock and remotely control an iron-blooded spacecraft moored in the orbit of the planet. Isabelle thinks they can take the ship to try to return to Earth, but is opposed by Reus, who confesses that he can no longer adapt to life on Earth, but hopes to fly the ship to find the home planet of the Predator.
Isabelle knew that more than a year of jungle life had completely changed him, and she couldn't convince her to change her mind. Fortunately, they found that the Predator's ship also contained a shuttle, and Reuss asked Isabel to drive the ship away, while he himself used the shuttle to sail deep space to try to find the other Predators.
"No matter what kind of person Reus used to be, he no longer exists, he died in that jungle..."
Finally, at The insistence of Reus, Isabelle left alone in the predatory spaceship. Drawing on her experience as a past Navy navigator, she found that the ship's navigation system had preserved earth coordinates, indicating that the other party may have been there more than once in the past. When Isabel's spacecraft entered earth's atmosphere and crashed in the central Mexican desert, the Stargazer Program (which had not yet been dismantled at the time) had already discovered and rescued it.
