Special equipment such as liquefied petroleum gas cylinders is related to the safety of people's lives and property, and the degree of social concern is high. Since the launch of the "Iron Fist" campaign, the State Administration for Market Regulation has received 52 cases of illegal acts related to the renovation of "black gas cylinders" from various places. Most of the liquefied petroleum gas cylinders are used in the homes of the people, and the sale and filling of the "black gas cylinders" will greatly increase the probability of leakage and explosion, and seriously endanger the production and life of the people. Gao Jixuan, a first-level inspector of the Special Equipment Bureau of the State Administration of Market Regulation, introduced that refurbishing and selling "black gas cylinders" is an illegal act of manufacturing and selling fake and shoddy products, which must be severely cracked down. At present, the market supervision departments of relevant regions have organized relevant units to carry out centralized destruction of the refurbished "black gas cylinders", and punished the units and personnel involved in the case according to law.

False and illegal advertisements are also one of the key targets of the "Iron Fist" campaign. Since April, the State Administration for Market Regulation has organized and carried out the rectification of false and illegal advertisements for medical treatment, medicine and health food and the cleaning and rectification of education and training advertisements nationwide with the theme of "protecting seedlings and helping the elderly", focusing on the investigation and handling of false and illegal advertisements such as "divine doctors", "divine medicines", "famous teachers" and "famous schools". Liu Hui, deputy director of the Advertising Supervision Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation, said: "As of the end of July, market supervision departments at all levels across the country investigated and handled 1,808 cases of false and illegal advertisements for medical treatment, drugs and health foods, with a penalty amount of 38.68 million yuan; investigated and handled 545 cases of false and illegal advertising in education and training, with a penalty amount of 9.23 million yuan. ”

The State Administration for Market Regulation has also included intermediary fees into one of the key governance areas, and carried out a special action of "governing enterprise-related fees and reducing the burden on enterprises". The problems of illegal charging found in the inspection mainly include: the use of e-government platforms to collect fees in violation of regulations, the illegal development of intermediary services related to administrative examination and approval of the department, the illegal collection of fees in excess of government pricing and government guidance prices, and the transfer of expenses that should be borne by government departments. Ji Xiaoling, deputy director of the Price Supervision and Competition Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation, said that in the first half of the year, it was found that the amount of illegal charges by intermediary institutions was 185 million yuan, and various localities are currently handling it according to law.
