In 1993, Robert De Niro directed a film "The Bronx Story", which is still an Italian gangster theme, but not about gang struggle, but a story about the growth of boys. The actor who played the boy was named Lilo Blancator, who was only 17 years old at the time, performed delicately and naturally, and looked handsome, much like De Niro, and was considered the successor of the latter. But a few years later, he became addicted to drugs and ruined his originally beautiful acting future. In 2005, he was sentenced to ten years in prison for burglary.
In the film, both fathers teach him to stay away from evil and not to waste his genius. But in reality, his life is completely opposite. In 2018, the United States made a documentary about him, called "Wasted Genius".
