According to Iranian media reports, the Shahid Soleimani is the largest combat ship in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard fleet and the first Iranian ship fully equipped with a vertical launch system. The ship is 64 meters long, 20 meters wide, has a displacement of 1000 tons, a cruising range of 1300 km and a maximum range of 8000 km.
Using four high-powered engines of Iranian origin, the weapon system includes one 30 mm automatic cannon and four 20 mm multi-barrel Gatling cannons. Armament with 6 anti-ship missiles, including four Gadir anti-ship missiles with a range of 300 km and two Nasr anti-ship missiles with a range of 35-90 km.
The bridge is equipped with two vertical launch systems. One is a rectangular vertical firing system, judged to be equipped with 8-16 medium-range air defense missiles, and the other is a rectangular triple vertical firing system, judged to be 6 short-range air defense missiles.
