01 You need to register before coming (returning) to the state
All persons coming (returning) to the prefecture are required to register with the destination community (village) before coming (returning) to the prefecture. 02 Strictly implement the entry test
Due to the needs of epidemic prevention and control in earthquake-stricken areas, all personnel entering and leaving the state are required to provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours, and advocate not leaving the state unless necessary. Do a good job of self-protection during travel, standardize the wearing of masks, reduce gatherings, and maintain a "one-meter distance".
03 Strictly implement personnel investigation and control
Requirements for personnel from outside the province (returning) to the state
On the basis of continuing to implement measures for the management of persons with a history of travel and residence in medium- and high-risk areas, carry out investigation and control of personnel coming (returning) to Sichuan from other provinces at the following levels.

For persons coming (returning) to Sichuan with a history of travel and residence in the Tibet Autonomous Region in the past 7 days, they must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate three times in the past 5 days (each with an interval of 24 hours or more), and the last nucleic acid sampling time is within 24 hours before they can enter Sichuan. 7-day centralized isolation will be implemented from the day of arrival in Sichuan, throat swab nucleic acid test will be carried out on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th days, and the isolation control can only be lifted after the negative nucleic acid test certificate is issued on the 7th day. All localities should strictly implement the "first station responsibility system" and transfer to centralized isolation points in a closed loop when arriving in Sichuan.

For those who have traveled (returned) to Sichuan in the past seven days from Haixi Prefecture and Yushu Prefecture in Qinghai Province, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province, a 7-day centralized quarantine will be implemented from the day of arrival in Sichuan. All localities should strictly implement the "first station responsibility system" and transfer to centralized isolation points in a closed loop when arriving in Sichuan.

For those who have traveled (returned) to Sichuan in the past 7 days with a history of travel and residence in Gansu Province, 5-day home isolation will be implemented from the day of arrival in Sichuan (if they do not have the conditions for home isolation, or do not accept the joint implementation of home isolation control by the same residents, 5-day centralized isolation will be implemented). If the 5-day home quarantine has not been completed, the 5-day home quarantine will be made up (based on the arrival date, if it has been 1 day since arrival, it will be made up for 4 days, if it has been 2 days since arrival, it will be supplemented by 3 days, and so on). During the home isolation period, do not leave the house, door-to-door nucleic acid collection.

For those who have traveled (returned) to Sichuan in Hexi District, Wuqing District, Jinghai District, Dongli District, Nankai District, Hedong District, Hebei District, Jinnan District of Tianjin in the past 7 days, Qinghai Province except Haixi Prefecture and Yushu Prefecture, Yubei District and Shapingba District of Chongqing Municipality, 3-day home isolation will be implemented from the day of arrival in Sichuan (if they do not have the conditions for home isolation, or do not accept the joint implementation of home isolation control by the same residents, 3-day centralized isolation will be implemented). If the 3-day home isolation has not been completed, make up for the 3-day home isolation (calculated by the arrival date, if it has been 1 day since arrival, make up 2 days, and so on) During the home isolation period, do not leave home and collect nucleic acid at home.

Other personnel who come (return) to Sichuan strictly implement the "inspection upon entering Sichuan", and implement nucleic acid testing 3 times in 3 days (each interval is 24 hours or more).
Requirements for cross-city (state) mobility within the province

For cross-city (state) migrants who have a history of travel and residence in Liangshan Prefecture, Luzhou City, Yingshan District of Nanchong City, Jialing District, Mingshan District of Ya'an City, Yucheng District, Tianquan County, and Mabian County of Leshan City in the past 7 days, they need to hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours; 5-day home isolation will be implemented from the date of arrival (if you do not have the conditions for home isolation, or do not accept the joint implementation of home isolation control by the same residents, implement 5-day centralized isolation), during which nucleic acid testing will be carried out once a day. If the 5-day home quarantine has not been completed, the 5-day home quarantine will be made up (based on the arrival date, if it has been 1 day since arrival, it will be made up for 4 days, if it has been 2 days since arrival, it will be supplemented by 3 days, and so on). During the home isolation period, do not leave the house, door-to-door nucleic acid collection.

For cross-city (state) mobile personnel who have a history of travel and residence in Yibin City and Deyang City in the past 7 days, they need to hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours, implement 3 nucleic acid tests in 3 days from the date of arrival (each with an interval of 24 hours and above), and after the first negative nucleic acid test certificate is issued, they can travel in an orderly manner, but they are not allowed to go to key public places where people gather and spaces are closed, and avoid participating in gathering activities.

For those who have a history of travel and residence in Chengdu in the past 7 days, nucleic acid reports are checked 3 times in the past 5 days at the first station of entering the state, and the last one is within 24 hours (subject to the time of issuance of the report), enter the state in an orderly manner and accept classified management.
Personnel who come (return) to Chengdu and have a history of travel and residence in medium- (high) risk areas in Chengdu within 7 days: Implement classified control measures according to the requirements of the state, provinces and states.
Other persons with a history of travel and residence in Chengdu within 7 days: a notice will be issued by the card point to inform them of their responsibilities and obligations for epidemic prevention, and the "3 days and 3 inspections" measures will be strictly implemented when they arrive at the destination; Those who cannot reach their destination on the day of arrival in the state shall implement the "landing inspection" nearby, and shall not go to key public places where people gather and have a closed space before the first nucleic acid test result is issued, do not participate in gathering activities, and implement follow-up "2 days and 2 tests" measures after arriving at the destination.
Personnel entering (returning) to the state from areas under normal management outside the state shall implement nucleic acid testing 3 times in 3 days (each with an interval of more than 24 hours) after arrival.
