At 23:45 on April 13, 2011, the 110 alarm platform of the Huidong County Public Security Bureau received an alarm, and a driver, Huang Mou, claimed that when he was driving a car in the direction of the Huishen Coastal Expressway to Shenzhen to the section of Huidong Minoru Mountain, the front windshield of the car was pierced by stones flying out of the roadside, hitting the passenger in the passenger's seat in the head, hoping to get help from the police.
After the police arrived at the scene, they immediately sent the injured person in the passenger seat to the hospital for rescue, unfortunately, the rescue was ineffective through the Xiayong Hospital in Daya Bay Area.

But what makes people wonder is how on the highway, how can the stones suddenly fly over the side of the road?
Police then launched an investigation into the source of the stones.
These stones are not on the highway, but cement concrete stones, and according to the situation at the inspection site, such cement concrete stones are thrown everywhere, and it is obvious that someone has thrown them from the side of the road, specifically smashing vehicles speeding over the highway.
But who would do such a nonsensical thing?
Through police constant investigation and forensics, a crane driver provided key clues.
According to the crane driver, his vehicle tire leaked that day, so he found a nearby place to repair the car, and in the gap waiting, three teenagers ran to him to ask for cigarettes.

On April 16, 2011, just three days after xing dan was attacked, the police arrested three teenagers, Huang Mouquan (19), Cai Moucheng (16), and Lin Moujian (15), who lived in Shiling Village. The three teenagers also confessed to throwing stones and smashing cars on the highway.
After the police announced the results of the investigation, it caused countless doubts, and many people had doubts about the three teenagers throwing stones on the highway for fun, especially in the middle of the night.
Judging from the interrogation of the three juveniles, their crimes were purely due to ignorance.
The original plan of the three people was to cross the railway side to steal the iron, but halfway to the road, the youngest Lin Moujian proposed to smash the car, and got the response of Cai Moucheng, the teenager was hot-headed, it was easy to do something out of the ordinary, the three people later along the highway side of the road still stone, a series of hit 5 cars.
Huang Mouquan also confessed when he was later interrogated:

At that time, Lin Moujian had realized that the window glass of the car was smashed by them, and later saw the police car coming, the three people quickly ran away, and waited until the police car left before arriving at the scene, only to find the stones and blood stains left on the road.
Although the police arrested the three people and interrogated them, they did not disclose the situation of the deceased Xing Dan, and the three did not think that they had made a big mistake, and the youngest Lin Moujian even asked the police:
"When will I get out of the detention center?"
But what they don't know is that just because they threw stones and took a life directly, what awaited them would be the punishment of the law.
Just one year after Xing Dan's death, on February 24, 2012, the court tried the case of Cong Fei's wife Xing Dan who was attacked and killed in accordance with the law. In view of the juvenile delinquency involved, the court made a decision not to hold the trial in public.
Lin Moujian deliberately threw stones on the highway, resulting in the death of one person, although lin Moujian was not yet a minor, but still bear the corresponding legal consequences in accordance with the law, thinking that it was a violation, Lin Moujian was sentenced to 12 years in prison, Huang Mouquan and Cai Moucheng were sentenced to 10 years in prison and 6 years in prison respectively for throwing stones on the highway for endangering public safety.
The other three defendants bear the attached civil liability compensation in accordance with the law, with a total amount of 968,086.45 yuan.
Good man Xing Dan
Xing Dan suddenly died unexpectedly, and it was not only his family that was sad.

At 10:00 a.m. on April 18, 2011, Xing Dan's farewell meeting was held at the Shenzhen Funeral Home.
Originally, it was scheduled to start at 10 a.m., but from 6 a.m., people rushed to the funeral home one after another, and soon the road was crowded with black-pressed crowds, holding flowers in their hands, mourning for Xing Dan, and even whispering sobs could be heard in the crowd.
