The defendant Shangyang Investment Company, with Lin Jirong (Zhang Ting's husband Lin Ruiyang), acted as a director, and the company invested in Shanghai Darway Trading Co., Ltd. (TST Affiliate) and Shanghai Darway Industrial Co., Ltd.
As a result, more than 96 properties under the name of Zhang Ting and his wife were seized, with a value of more than 1.7 billion yuan.
