It can be said that Myanmar is the self-evident and hidden pearl of Southeast Asia!
Myanmar
Although tourism is recovering year after year, Myanmar has only one-tenth as many tourists as its southern neighbor Thailand, meaning more raw materials are left untapped.
Myanmar is made up of dozens of tribes, each with its own unique culture and unique food.
The street food here has been influenced by Myanmar's neighbors India, China and Thailand, and the country's largest city, Yangon, has ended up becoming a melting pot of all these different cultures, and you can even see this in cooking.
Digging deeper into the cuisine of Myanmar's most active places, I found several very special ones:
One, mango strips, put some spices on top
Second, tobacco, with the fragrance of mint
Three, noodles are noodles, which is what you'd expect from noodles, but there were a lot of fried chunks in there and cabbage that was a little crispy
Fourth, the golden heart is cooled, a dessert, made of glutinous rice, muffins, strawberry jelly, Honda noodles, a large number of ice cubes with coconut milk.
In this city, street food without a late-night snack is incomplete.
