The car cannot be returned/provided by the respondent near Zhoujiazhuang Village
Mr. Zhang, a citizen, told reporters that he lives in Zhoujiazhuang Village, Eighteen Lidian Township, Chaoyang District, Beijing, because the community is a certain distance from the subway station and bus station, usually everyone is used to riding shared bicycles to subway stations and bus stops, but Mr. Zhang said that in early August, he found that many shared bicycles were not operating near Zhoujiazhuang Village:
Mr. Zhang: We all ride bicycles to the subway station or something, but now we all have to go out, but we don't have a bicycle now, we can only walk to the subway station, and the bus waits for a long time, which is equivalent to no bicycle within a radius of one or two kilometers.
Mr. Zhang said that in this way, it will bring great inconvenience to everyone's travel, and also provide operating space for Heimo:
Mr. Zhang: I can ride outside the area now, but I want to ride to the community, this area does not allow you to return the car, if you ride the car back you have to pay 20 yuan, what is the dispatch fee. I have to walk to the subway station for 20 minutes now, I used to ride for 10 minutes, some people in the subway station sit on the black motorcycle, now there are a lot of black motorcycles, but it is quite dangerous.

Village Committee: Previously, the irregular placement was being coordinated
The reporter then learned about the situation from the Zhoujiazhuang Village Committee of the territory, and the staff said that due to the large amount of shared bicycles in the area, the placement was not regular enough, which brought a certain impact to the surrounding traffic, and the territory is currently negotiating with the shared bicycle operation and management personnel:
