Boeing reported that there are now 150 P-8 anti-submarine patrol aircraft in service worldwide. Of these, 112 were from the U.S. Navy, 12 from the Indian Air Force, 12 from the Royal Australian Air Force, 9 from the Royal Air Force and 5 by the Royal Norwegian Air Force, in addition to 6 test aircraft delivered to the U.S. Navy early on. P-8s are expected to be delivered in the coming years: 4 by the Royal New Zealand Air Force, 6 by the Rokso Navy and 5 by the German Navy (with 7 more to be ordered). If there are no new orders in 2022, the production line will only be maintained until 2025. Current potential customers include Canada, Greece, Spain, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the Taiwan Bandit Army.
