On June 25, Zhenping County implemented aircraft control of poplar leaf-eating pests (Yang Xiaozhou Moth, Yang Fanzhou Moth, Yang Right Angle Leaf Bee). The prevention and control area is 0.9 million mu, and 7 flights are carried out. The forest medicine used is 25% methyl vin. Urea, 20% insecticide urea suspension, 1% matrine. The key flight routes are the poplar trees along the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway, Erguang Expressway, 312 National Highway (east of the S244 line entrance), Provincial Highway 248 (within Gaoqiu), and Zhao River (south of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway).
Through the control of poplar leaf-eating pests by aircraft, the occurrence and spread of poplar leaf-eating pests has been effectively curbed, ensuring the healthy growth of poplar trees and laying a solid foundation for the creation of forest cities.
