These are petroglyphs of ancient people from a cave on the Mediterranean coast near Marseille, France. Discovered in 1985 by diver Henri Koske, the cave is noteworthy for its entrance 36 meters below sea level. A long tunnel (175 meters) enters the cave. People lived here during the last ice age, so the sea is 120 meters lower than it is now. As a result, people get there perfectly without diving equipment. The cave is a great place to hide. Here they found pictures of bison, goats, horses, seals, puffins, other birds, and jellyfish.
