"Triangle Park" is a corner of the city of Tongliao, Inner Mongolia. The people living nearby are basically laid-off and low-income enterprises. It is the spiritual home of the people in the vicinity, some people exercise here, some people spend time here, some people seek comfort here, and some people heal their hearts here.
Triangle Park in Horqin District, Tongliao City, is a highlight of the city, which is a place for middle-aged and elderly activities nearby. Whether it is spring, summer, autumn or winter, there is always a scene of prosperity there. In the spring, people are there basking in the sun; In summer, people cool off under big trees; In autumn, people brave the north wind and do not forget to exercise; In winter, people have to play a game when they step on the snow.
There are several relatively large parks in Tongliao City, none of which are lively, and the most popular here is the most popular.
My family lives near it, and this is where I have to go every day. Triangle Park is a place where nearby residents gather happily. Most of the middle-aged and elderly friends who often come to play have a hard time when they are young. Before the reform and opening up, they grew up in the era of relatively poor economy, suffered a lot, and suffered a lot of tiredness. Some people have also had a better corporate job. Later, he was laid off. They are old and young, and finally they have survived to their retirement age, have a fixed income, have a guaranteed economy, and their children have started a family. Some also sent away the elderly, and they were also carefree. However, due to age, most people have large and small physical problems. They all want to live for their health and come to this garden every day to exercise.
In the morning, before dawn, the old men gathered in Triangle Park. There are tai chi players, aerobics, music, concentration immersed in the sound of music, the body with the rhythm of the music into exercise. Stretch your arms and pedal your legs. Live your blood, and pluck your muscles. A few songs down, it's time to eat breakfast, some people have not yet left the garden, the garden ushered in another group of people who finished breakfast, several times more than the morning exercise people.
There is a group of elderly people doing gymnastics here, they are all wearing uniform clothing, polyester cotton sportswear, blue tops, white pants, the leader also wears a bunting flag, the flag is printed with "senior team" three eye-catching big characters. As the music played, it walked rhythmically in two rows.
There were groups of ballroom dancers. Similarly, the pair of middle-aged and elderly men and women danced to the beat of the music, and the hem of the women's skirts swirled like a whirlwind with the inertia of the dance steps, dancing happily and passionately...
1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. is the most lively time. Middle-aged and elderly people dancing ballroom dances in two venues. The first group to do the gymnastics just left, followed by another group. Twisted Northeast Big Yang Song also came, this group of middle-aged and elderly friends dressed in colorful colors, obviously when they were young, they did not wear it. Now come on an old man. The members of the team who twisted the big song swirled and moved the silk fan in their hands. There was an old man with thin teeth who played the role of an old lady. He wears a wig on his head and a curl on the back of his head. Holding a large cigarette bag in his hand, he was wearing a floral cloth shirt. Standing in the middle of the circle twisted particularly cheerfully, and from time to time to throw a wink at the people in the team, he became the focus of the Yangge team, twisting cheerfully to the extreme.
Listen! There was a loud song over there, "Without the Communist Party, there would be no New China..." Isn't this the Old Age Singing Ensemble? There is also a band accompaniment!
After dinner, it was just as lively, and the lights shone as brightly at night as it did during the day. The two venues for ballroom dancing and the two gangs doing aerobics did not reluctantly disperse until more than 9 o'clock in the evening.
There was a chess game every day in the garden, and each game was surrounded by a circle of spectators. People outside the circle can't see the chess player. There are also people who work out on fitness equipment. There are pulleys pulled on their heads, there are those who land on the legs of the bar with one foot, and there are those who have their backs. There are a few middle-aged and elderly men who do not obey their old age, rise on the high and low bars, and also turn a circle to a swallow to hold the mud.
Every day, there are also some middle-aged and elderly women sitting in a group of two, holding small cushions on the cement table of the flower pond, enjoying the sun, pulling homely routines, and telling their heartfelt hearts. This said that the son's two little families will not live a life. Spend a lot of money. The feelings of dissatisfaction were written on her face. After a while, her eyebrows fluttered and she said that the two children had taken her to Macau and Hong Kong in the first few days. The girl who said she was almost thirty years old didn't have a partner yet, and asked who had a good boy around to help. After a while, the sadness on her face dissipated, and her face was full of smiles, my girl was a good unit. Last month also took me to Jiuzhaigou and Tibet. There was another middle-aged woman holding the hand of a good sister and crying, saying that she was sick, and her husband not only did not care, but also drank and played mahjong all day. Thanks to the government, I enjoyed the minimum guarantee and lived in a low-rent building, otherwise I might have lived on the street. The sisters persuaded her, she dried her tears, and followed everyone to twist the big song. You say how happy we old people should be, thanks to the party's good policies, and the four words "reform and opening up."
Playing poker in the garden is even more of a scenery. In the spring, summer and autumn, especially in the afternoon, middle-aged and elderly friends carry small benches, and some also carry simple tables, flocking here from all directions to find a suitable place to sit, and soon become a game. Rounds are all over the garden. Even in the coldest winter, stepping on the snow has a sparse pulling innings, although the feet are wearing cotton shoes and frozen feet, stepping on foam pads, electric cars instead of tables, but also have to play two singles. They are like children snapping, holding their playing cards high and falling hard. Sometimes in order to win or lose, they argue with their faces in a hurry, and even playing cards are raised all over the ground. A few days later, when there was not enough manpower, they got together again, as if nothing had happened a few days ago.
Triangle Park is not large, the whole garden covers an area of 1.3 hectares. Remove the area covered by trees and flowers, it seems crowded. People who sing, do aerobics, and dance ballroom dancing sometimes make a red face in order to compete for territory.
Triangle Park is like a big theater garden, more like an open-air stage. People come and go, bustling. Middle-aged and elderly people in this garden you sing me pedaling, every day.
In the 1990s, the garden was still very quiet, and few people visited the garden during the day, a turntable, a slide, and all the sports equipment in the whole garden. Apparently the garden was facing children, and no one came at night, and there was no lighting. On Sundays, adults lead children to play for a while, and adults and children alike find it a luxury. Now even on Sundays, children rarely come to play, because most of the garden is occupied by the elderly. Now the garden is full of fitness equipment, which is really different from the past.
Since 1996, when the government called for the creation of a civilized city, the appearance of the garden has become more and more beautiful, and the cultural life of the people has become more and more abundant. After 40 years of reform and opening up, people's living standards have been greatly improved. Nowadays, people live a life of food and clothing, living and working in peace and contentment. The lively and noisy atmosphere of Triangle Park is like a symphony of happiness and peace, and each of us who visits the park is one of the notes. From the great changes in these low-income and low-wage people in Triangle Park, I have seen great success in the reform of our motherland.
Triangle Park, I have been in the park for more than ten years, no less than twice a day in the garden, sometimes reel a little back, drag ten minutes of pulleys, walk a few laps of aerobics, immediately feel relaxed shoulders. After playing a few poker games, my nerve pain was immediately relieved. So I became attached to Triangle Park. Lately, I have often thought that if I am old and need the care of my children, I will follow my children to other places. I must miss my relatives and friends in my hometown, as well as the beautiful city of Tongliao. What makes me miss it even more is the Triangle Park that accompanies me day and night, which is the place where I have been relaxing, entertaining, exercising for more than a decade, and a place that I can never forget.
