The wide sand is full of crystalline, fine sand, and stepping on it is like stepping on a soft, comfortable carpet. A wave hit and the sea washed down on my feet, cool and comfortable. The water receded, and the sand that I had taken away slid past my feet, feeling a little itchy, and some of the sand was left behind, causing my feet to sink into the sand. Another wave came, and the foot sank into it again. Several times in a row, even the instep of the foot was submerged by sand.
