According to the information, the 22 batches of unapproved cosmetics came from Italy, France, Germany, the United States, and South Korea, and the main reasons for the non-admission were unqualified labels, excessive total number of colonies, unqualified sensory inspections, and failure to provide certificates or certification materials as required.
Interestingly, this list includes well-known brands such as La Mer, Nivea Men, Versace, etc.
Among the 22 batches of products notified in this issue, they include serums, creams, shower gels, masks, essences, and perfumes...... Multiple categories. There are 14 batches of perfume categories, accounting for more than 60%, involving brands such as Versace (5 batches), Mike Gaus (3 batches), Mary's Fragrance (1 batch), and Jimmy Zhou (4 batches).
The importers of the above 14 batches of perfume products are all Shenzhen Dingfeng Shengye E-commerce Co., Ltd., and the reasons for not being allowed to enter the country are all unqualified labels.
From the perspective of the reasons for not being allowed to enter the country, non-compliance with labels is the "hardest hit area" where imported cosmetics were not allowed to enter the country in December. Among the 22 batches of notified products, 19 batches of products were not allowed to enter the country due to unqualified labels, accounting for nearly ninety percent.
In addition, the reason why the Dead Sea Mud Purifying Body Wash (Vitality Hibiscus) produced in South Korea was not allowed to enter the country because the total number of colonies exceeded the limit.
Nivea Men's Strength Shampoo (New) from Germany, the reason for not being allowed to enter the country is that the sensory test is not qualified.
