Nancao Village is located in the southeast of Qilin Town, Juye County, once because of its remote location, inconvenient transportation, the masses once got rich. Today's Nancao Village is on the "express train" of industrial revitalization, and the beautiful vision of rural revitalization is taking root on the land here, and the beautiful countryside in the new era is slowly unfolding.
Cao Jinqiang, secretary of the village party branch, introduced that many years ago, there were 6 birds in the village that were not satisfied with the soil and water, and his father Cao Chuanzeng (former secretary of the party branch of Nancao Village) tried to breed them with local ducks, hatched a new breed of fragrant geese, and cultivated them as an industry.
In order to give full play to the maximum value of the fragrant geese, in 2011, they introduced a seedling hatchery to carry out large-scale breeding, more than 70% of the villagers in the village have successively invested in the shares, and the settlement of the hatchery has become a turning point on the road to rural revitalization in Nancao Village. At present, the incubation capacity of the hatchery can reach 800,000 per day, and the scale of incubation of xiangol goose single product ranks first in the country.
In the hatchery, the eggs that have undergone screening, cleaning and other processes are placed in the incubator; the fragrant geese that break out of the shell are uniformly replaced in a new loading basket in another workshop...
Relying on the breeding and incubation industry, in 2008, Nancao Village established a professional duck farming cooperative in which the villagers invested, and in 2014, Juye County Hengye Wison Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Company was established, using the order supply model to recover the duck eggs of farmers to hatch, circulating more than 1,000 mu of land, breeding 1.6 million breeding ducks, and employing more than 300 people in the hatchery.
"The industry is prosperous, the countryside is prosperous, and the village alone has driven more than 600 people to work in the fragrant goose breeding incubation area." The breeding scale of 2,000 sheep in the village is no longer a large household, and it has been upgraded from free range to shelf breeding. We have also taken some measures to encourage entrepreneurship, such as veterans who start a business without collecting rent. Cao Jinqiang introduced that the village plans to carry out deep processing of fragrant geese, go further in the industrial chain of breeding and incubation, and cooperate with the chili sauce brand with guaranteed sales channels, and plan to build a factory to produce chili sauce.
In order to attract talents to return to their hometowns, Nancao Village took the initiative to contact the "able people" who went out to attract them to return to their hometowns to start a business. Every year on the first day of the Lunar New Year, taking advantage of the opportunity of returning able people from abroad to return to their hometowns for the festival, a "village-level economic work conference" is held to inform the village development plan and discuss the village development plan. "Many of the projects introduced by the village are the information they provide, and then the village will investigate and dock." Cao Jinqiang said.
In Nancao Village, the 1200-acre photovoltaic industrial park combines photovoltaic power generation with "breeding", develops characteristic planting and breeding industry, plants crops under photovoltaic greenhouses, and uses the manure of fragrant geese as green fertilizer to form a green circular industrial chain. It is reported that 1200 mu of land is contracted to different growers, sign contracts with large supermarkets in surrounding cities, and implement order planting, so that the income of growers is guaranteed.
In April 2018, the 33-year-old Cao Jinqiang was elected secretary of the party branch of Nancao Village, taking over the "baton" from his father and leading the villagers to continue to move forward on the road of entrepreneurship and well-off.
Nowadays, the scale of the fragrant goose breeding incubation industry in Nancao Village is getting larger and larger, and the photovoltaic industrial park and garment processing factory have gradually formed new economic growth points, providing jobs for villagers and creating economic benefits, while retaining villagers and introducing foreign talents, and the virtuous circle has promoted the village to embark on a strong development path.
For Cao Jinqiang, leading the villagers to continue to move forward on the road of entrepreneurship and prosperity is the best time to show their ambitions.
