At present, new energy vehicles have entered a stage of rapid popularization, and data shows that by the end of 2023, the number of new energy vehicles in the country will reach 20.41 million. Correspondingly, the construction of charging infrastructure is also very hot, and the coverage rate of charging facilities in 11 provinces (cities) such as Beijing, Henan, and Liaoning has reached 100%. However, it only takes a few minutes for traditional fuel vehicles to fill up a tank of fuel, but the charging of new energy vehicles often starts in a few hours, charging is inconvenient, mileage anxiety is still an important reason for restricting consumers to buy electric vehicles, and charging operators are also facing difficulties such as poor quality of charging equipment, short life, difficult evolution, and difficult profitability. With the gradual maturity of high-power and high-voltage fast charging technology, "supercharging" is becoming a new direction for the development of the industry.

As a "new force" of new energy vehicles, Huawei naturally does not fall behind, "one kilometer per second", with the full liquid-cooled supercharging station to enter the field of supercharging technology, and announced that it will complete the construction of 100,000 supercharging piles across the country this year. Previously, the 318 Sichuan-Tibet Supercharging Green Corridor launched a number of Huawei fully liquid-cooled supercharging stations, and the slogan of "a cup of coffee, a full charge" was deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The Poly Tang Yueguang Storage, Charging and Inspection Smart Charging Station is the first largest-scale and most comprehensive energy service demonstration station in Xuchang City, which integrates light, storage, charging and inspection, and has built 4 600kW fully liquid-cooled superchargers and 12 250kW self-cooling fast chargers.

The relevant person in charge of the Xuchang Polytang Yueguang Storage, Charging and Inspection Smart Charging Station said that since the trial operation of the project on January 12, the average monthly charging capacity has been 14,000 kWh, more than 1,300 times of service charging vehicles, and the cumulative charging and discharging capacity of photovoltaic energy storage devices has been 9 megawatt hours, achieving carbon emission reduction of 8.9 tons. At present, the charging station has deployed 48kWp distributed photovoltaic and uses 50kW Huawei inverters, with an estimated annual power generation capacity of 624,000 kWh, which can meet the charging needs of 1,200 vehicles and reduce carbon emissions by 190 tons, continuously empowering "zero-carbon mobility".

Compared with traditional power stations, the service capacity of this station has been increased by 50%, and it is truly "charge and go", which is inseparable from the support of Huawei's all-liquid-cooled supercharging technology. It is understood that Huawei's full liquid-cooled supercharging has a maximum power of 600kW, a range of 200 kilometers in 5 minutes, and a one-time charging success rate of up to 99%, supporting a 200-1000V charging range. Overall, Huawei's fully liquid-cooled supercharger delivers the ultimate user experience, high quality, and excellent profitability with fast charging, low noise, high turnover, and short response time, while the highly reliable design, 15-year ultra-long life, and "zero" maintenance fully guarantee the revenue needs of power plant operators.

According to a Huawei official, following the release of a fully liquid-cooled ultra-fast integrated product in 2023, Huawei will accelerate its layout in 2024 and launch a series of products and solutions, which will adapt to more scenarios and meet the needs of more models with richer power configurations. In the future, Huawei will also launch wind-liquid intelligent cooling energy storage, promote the integration of optical storage and charging, adapt to more diverse scenarios (expanding charging scenarios such as campuses, public transportation, mines, logistics, hotels, and rural areas), and work with customers and partners to jointly build a "ubiquitous" ultra-fast charging network.

In fact, in addition to the layout of supercharging stations, Huawei Digital Power also announced the "One Body, Three Sides" electrification strategy, and established the "Supercharging Alliance" with the first batch of 11 car companies and more than 500 online and offline charging operators to accelerate the process of vehicle electrification through high-quality coordinated development of smart electric vehicles and smart charging networks. The relevant person in charge of Xuchang Investment Group also said that it will work with Huawei to gradually build a new energy vehicle charging network with reasonable layout, convenient and efficient, and excellent services, so as to further alleviate the anxiety of new energy vehicle charging range.

Green Computing Power Empowerment: Building a "Highland" of Artificial Intelligence in the Central Plains

Research on AI-empowered intelligent anti-fraud, AI-empowered intelligent manufacturing, and AI-empowered intelligent bearings...... At present, AI solutions represented by generative large models have penetrated into many fields of production and life from professional and technical fields, and various intelligent applications are playing an increasingly important role in economic construction, scientific and technological innovation, and productivity improvement. The Central Plains Artificial Intelligence Computing Center is the first artificial intelligence computing center in Henan and the third in the country to be completed and put into use, and is a major computing infrastructure for the artificial intelligence industry in the Central Plains and one of the important nodes of China's computing power network. The computing center was officially put into operation in October 2021, and the first phase has been completed with a scale of 100P.

According to Li Keqiang, deputy general manager of Xuchang Shitou Digital Economy Industry Group Co., Ltd., after two years of practice and exploration, the computing center has gradually entered the project landing stage, and will focus on the Xuchang model of "one center and four platforms", strengthen the four major functions, and create an artificial intelligence "highland" in the Central Plains.

The first is to provide surging and inclusive computing power services for the development of cities, allowing users to obtain AI computing power at any time like water and electricity, and will gradually plan to build a 300P computing power scale in the future. The second is to combine Henan's advantageous industries and work with partners to build application demonstration benchmarks (such as intelligent manufacturing, smart power, smart transportation, smart education, etc.) to accelerate the intelligent upgrading of the industry. The third is to provide inclusive computing power, full-cycle technical support and multi-level industrial cooperation, and open up the "government, industry, academia and research funds" to achieve industrial co-creation and win-win results. The fourth is to provide a platform for scientific research innovation and talent training, such as the Zhongyuan Artificial Intelligence Computing Center and Xinda Wangyu jointly innovate and incubate the "Songshan Lingyun" anti-fraud industry model, which can effectively track criminals, accurately filter and control fraud-related websites, and reduce the losses of the masses.

It is worth noting that the computing center not only achieves super computing power, but also reaches the domestic advanced level in terms of energy saving, which is inseparable from two major supports. The high-density AI computing power cabinet adopts a liquid-cooling solution to meet the requirements of high-power, high-density equipment deployment and low PUE, and the PUE value will reach about 1.2 after the 300p full configuration is completed. The second is to build a smart photovoltaic project, which will generate about 810,000 kWh of electricity annually after the project is put into operation, which can effectively reduce the electricity cost of the computing center and increase the proportion of green electricity.

In terms of smart PV projects, Huawei's inverters fully ensure the long-term stable operation of the project. In terms of active safety, the inverter is equipped with L4 DC arc pulling intelligent detection and rapid shutdown technology (AFCI), which can effectively protect the safety of people and property. In terms of more power generation, the inverter's multi-channel MPPT function, coupled with the built-in module PID repair function, can effectively increase the power generation of the system. In terms of long-term reliability, the inverter has a high availability of up to 99.999% and is free of replacement during its life cycle. In terms of simplified O&M, the overall operation efficiency is improved by 50% and the O&M losses are reduced. In terms of better power consumption, the end-to-end network-cloud convergence architecture realizes full-scenario collaboration and full-link optimization, enabling the optimal comprehensive revenue of the business model.

Facing the future, Li Keqiang said that the computing center will be based in Xuchang, facing Henan, and serving the whole country, gradually changing the weak situation of Henan's artificial intelligence industry, cultivating a new ecology of artificial intelligence innovation and development in the central region, and driving regional industrial upgrading and high-quality economic development.

Green hydrogen "wind" Xu Lai: Huajiu hydrogen energy is in hand

Under the guidance of the dual carbon strategic goals, it has become an industry consensus to realize the green and low-carbon transformation of energy, and hydrogen energy, as a pure zero-carbon new energy, is the key focus to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the energy system. Huajiu Hydrogen Energy (Henan) Co., Ltd., which visited this time, specializes in the diversified supply and utilization of hydrogen energy, focusing on the development of green, low-carbon and clean energy. The first phase of the company's hydrogen energy integration project, a 4,000 tons/year high-pressure hydrogen plant, was completed in December 2021 and has entered the production and operation stage. The second phase of the construction of a comprehensive energy station project, a 200 standard/hour rooftop photovoltaic power generation hydrogen production demonstration project, etc., among which, a comprehensive energy demonstration station integrating hydrogen refueling, refueling, gas, charging and service has been completed and put into operation, which will drive the development of the surrounding hydrogen energy industry. According to Xiong Wei, chairman of Huajiu Hydrogen Energy (Henan) Co., Ltd., the photovoltaic power generation part of the project has been completed in October 2022, with an annual power generation capacity of 1.2 million kWh, an annual saving of 1.02 million yuan in electricity costs, 365.88 tons of standard coal, and 998.40 tons of carbon dioxide emission reduction. In the future, the company will introduce photovoltaic power generation into the hydrogen production part according to the market situation, and build a green hydrogen electrolysis production line with zero carbon emissions.

Specifically, the PV project adopts Huawei's Green Solution 2.0 and uses 20 Huawei smart PV inverters, which have leading MPPT tracking capabilities, higher dynamic MPPT efficiency, and more peak sweeping capabilities, and can increase power generation by more than 2% on average over the life cycle of traditional inverters. In addition, Huawei's smart PV inverter has a built-in PID repair module, which can slow down module degradation and increase the power generation of the power station system. In addition, Huawei's smart PV inverter is equipped with the industry's most advanced AFCI technology for DC arc detection, which enhances the security protection of power stations and customers' property, and makes green power safer.
