Tips for picking locusts
The deeper the shell of the locust, or when viewed from the outside, the thicker it is, the fatter the oyster meat. Don't choose a locust that is too small and has too shallow a shell, it is more of a shell, not cost-effective. Thick locust shell, the shelled flesh is complete and plump, the edges are dark, and the flesh is shiny and elastic.
