The vulture (scientific name: Leptoptilos javanicus) is a large and bulky wading bird with a body length of 110–135 cm, weighing about 10 kg, standing with its neck straight, and reaching a height of up to 1.2 meters. The mouth is thick and long, the feet are also very long, and the upper body is black and gray, with a blue-black metallic luster.
