#致敬平凡的你# 今天下班回到家，心血来潮想包饺子，便在门口的超市买了点韭菜回来。可是老公又说不回来吃饭了。好吧，饺子改天再说，一个人随便凑合点啥都可以。忽然想起前两天买的紫薯和糯米，趁着自己在家，就做一做一直心心念念的紫薯糯米饼吧。说干就干，先把紫薯洗净去皮切成薄片，上锅蒸。蒸熟后加入一勺白糖压成泥，待用。然后把糯米粉加开水搅拌成絮状，揉成一个较软的面团，然后分成若干个小剂子，揉圆，按压，把紫薯球放入剂子中，用虎口法收紧，按压成一个小饼，在上面再放上点黑芝麻点缀，放入电饼铛，两面刷油以锁住水分，煎至两面金黄即可出锅。瞧，虽然卖相不怎么样，但是软软糯糯的吃起来口感还不错。感兴趣的朋友，也可以去试一试。 #你们家有什么特色美食#
