When I was in school, I studied management and knew that management is both a science and an art. After working, from a developer to a project manager, you can better understand the meaning of others. Later, when I learned PMP, the more I felt a lot. Not just for work, but also for a wider range of applications in life.
It's the end of the year again, the project is about to be delivered, the year-end report is to be handed in, and the performance appraisal is coming. Looking back on the year of 2020, I independently took over the project here in the urban society, worked hard, worked hard, and fought hard. What about the project? The needs of customers have changed again, the changes have been large, licking their faces and communicating with the product (provided that they understand the real purpose and judge the rationality of their own), no resources, hard scalps and functional managers, no time, staying up late and working overtime with increasingly rare hair. Looking at the small problems on the physical examination list that have increased year by year, I continue to work hard after a bitter smile, who let is a project manager.
Projects in the knowledge system are temporary work carried out to create unique products, services, results. The pursuit is the satisfaction of completion, the pride of the product bringing results.
