Tian Peng is an employee of State Grid Wuwei Power Supply Company. Watching the same batch of colleagues talk about the working principle, the operation method is more like a number of family treasures, Tian Peng, who has always been not afraid of difficulties, is not a taste in his heart.
What should I do if I have not studied electricity and do not understand the knowledge of metrology? learn! In this way, Tian Peng started from scratch and seized all the opportunities he could learn. Reading, operating, asking... It's all a good way for him to grow, and sometimes he doesn't even let go of the time to eat and rest. "Why?" "How does this work?" "Is there any other way?" Listening to Tian Peng's "mantra", the team members jokingly called him "100,000 Whys". However, "being serious and not afraid of hardship, working hard and being self-motivated" is everyone's unanimous evaluation of Tian Peng.

During his tenure as a high-voltage metering technician, he fully considered the long-term development of the electric energy harvesting system construction and the economy and stability of the system operation, and worked with colleagues to upgrade the power collection system, further improving the reliability of the substation protection device and automatic device. At the same time, he also innovated the working method of "daily observation, weekly processing, and monthly summary", overcame the difficulties of personnel shortage and high equipment failure rate, and completed the performance indicators of 110,000 users, 2248 special terminals and 789 low-voltage concentrators in Wuwei City with high quality and efficiency, and promoted the wuwei company's electricity information collection system to achieve "full coverage, full collection, and full cost control".
Measurement on quality has a profound impact on the management and long-term development of power supply enterprises. All along, Tian Peng has been well aware of the importance of metrology professionalism, and knows the true meaning of "excellence and perseverance". This is also the belief that he has adhered to through many positions from the metering center, business and electricity billing room to the urban power supply branch.
People do not leave the village, and their hearts do not leave their posts to continue to work

In April, the sky of Huanghuatan in Gulang County is clear, spring and jingming. The fresh little milk melons in the greenhouses of the immigration area are crawling all over the shelves, and the green fat is bright and colorful, which is gratifying. Early in the morning of April 12, Tian Peng came to understand the recent growth and production of various vegetables and fruits, and prepared for later sales.
"From seedlings, planting, flowering, fruit hanging... Secretary Tian often stayed with us and helped us a lot, and this was almost half an agricultural 'technician'! Villager Dong Zhanhai said happily while watering the milk melon.
From an electrician with a specialty in the art industry to a village-based cadre who understands national policies and can plant crops in the field, who can not only plan for the livelihood of the people, but also skillfully cut off the short-term help cadres in the village, the nearly four years of work experience have made Tian Peng become an "all-rounder" in the hearts of the villagers.
Four years ago, the first "work order" he received was a relocation. The original Xizhuangzi Village is located in the northern foothills of Wusheling, and 5 village groups are close to the Qilian Mountains. In order to restore the ecological environment, the local government decided to relocate the entire village of Xizhuangzi Village to the Huanghuatan Resettlement Area. What impressed Tian Peng the most was a villager named Liu Zhongxi, whose work for more than a year by the staff of the village committee had no effect.
"This man's attitude is so resolute, is it that my working methods are not right, or does he have other hidden feelings?" After inquiring from many sources, Tian Peng learned about Liu Zhongxi's "worry", there is no way to earn money, it is inconvenient for the elderly to live in a building, and the children spend a lot of money on college... After learning of the situation, Tian Peng reflected to the town government that Liu Zhongxi's building was replaced by a bungalow, and he was included in the development of the beef cattle breeding industry and the photovoltaic poverty alleviation household, helping to apply for the "rain and dew plan" and student loans. After two years of "protracted war", Liu Zhongxi finally moved to the new village of immigrants and took the initiative to apply to participate in the policy publicity, so that more villagers could enjoy the benefits of relocation.
Spring and autumn are fruitful, and the years are abundant. Today's Xizhuangzi Village through the "professional cooperative + base + farmer" model, built 71 solar greenhouses, 25 breeding greenhouses, photovoltaic poverty alleviation power station to drive 41 poor households, the development of "ten major industries" and "five small industries" 15 households, per capita income increased from 2900 yuan before the relocation to 6300 yuan, the people's pockets are bulging, smiling faces are more, confidence is enough.
Full support, to be the most solid backing

In 2017, Tian Peng went to Xizhuangzi Village as a village cadre. At this time, the wife had just been pregnant with her second child, the morning sickness was very severe, Dabao had just been in the first grade, and the old people were not in good health, which was the time when Tian Peng was needed. However, in order to grasp the overall situation of the village as soon as possible and straighten out his work ideas, he often could not return home for a month or two. When Erbao was born, he lived in an "incubator" due to lack of oxygen, and Tian Peng was busy doing "one household and one policy" and had no time to accompany his wife and children.
During a home visit, because the road was slippery, Tian Peng fell down the slope and fell to his feet. For more than 20 days, he was stunned that he did not return home, but told his family that he was busy at work until he was found secretly smearing drugs. I wrote several large books of work notes, which were densely packed with information about villagers' homes. Tian Peng, whose son was still working overtime at eleven o'clock at night, was just worried that he would close his eyes and his father would leave again in the morning.
For his family, Tian Peng has always been very indebted. Ben wanted to compensate them well in the future days, but his father-in-law suddenly had a heart attack on the way to send Dabao to school and left forever, which also became the biggest regret in Tian Peng's heart.
"Sometimes, I feel a little 'complaining' in my heart. But looking back and thinking about it, not all the families of many help cadres are like this. As the family members of the support cadres, we are really proud that the whole family walks with you. "The support and understanding of his family has given Tian Peng the greatest motivation.
