On the 27th, the Harbin Intermediate People's Court organized the Hulan District People's Court to publicly pronounce a verdict on Tian Peng's extortion case, sentencing Tian Peng to one year and four months imprisonment and a fine of 10,000 yuan in accordance with the law.

In September 2017, Tian Peng, Tian Shuang, Xiao Dongming, Shuai Zhijia, Zheng Chunchao, Gao Zhiliang, and Guo Dongfei (all sentenced) were organized and premeditated, had points and agreements, cooperated with each other, fictitiously made unsecured loans quickly, cleverly collected security deposits and liquidated damages when handling business, tricked the victims into signing "yin and yang contracts", and defrauded college students with loan needs in the form of "routine loans" on Xueyuan Road in Hulan District, Harbin City, and Tian Peng, together with Tian Shuang and Xiao Dongming, was responsible for providing loan funds, forming an evil force.
On December 18, 2017, Tian Peng, Tian Shuang, Zheng Chunchao, and Guo Dongfei deceived the victim, Yin XX, into his garage, beating and threatening Yin xxx on the grounds that Yin xx's loan had not been repaid when it was due, and then Guo Dongfei forcibly used Yin xx's mobile phone to make an online loan, extorted Yin xxx for 8480 yuan, and transferred the proceeds to Tian Peng's bank card account.

Tian Peng extorted other people's property for the purpose of illegal possession, and the amount was relatively large, and his behavior has constituted the crime of extortion. This case is a joint crime, Tian Peng invested in lending funds, played a major role, is the main offender, and should be punished according to all the crimes in which he participated. Tian Peng, Tian Shuang, Guo Dongfei, Zheng Chunchao, and others often gathered together to jointly implement "routine loans" and actively participated in them, and they belonged to the evil forces. Tian Peng was sentenced to one year and four months' imprisonment and fined 10,000 yuan for extortion in accordance with the law.
