Yanqing requires a full refund in principle for epidemic-related tourism cancellations The Notice also requires all tourism enterprises in Yanqing to properly handle tourist cancellations. At present, the epidemic situation is grim, and some citizens [unable to go out due to the epidemic] have a demand for refunds, so please strengthen communication and consultation between tourism reception enterprises and tourists, and in principle, the refund fees related to the epidemic should be refunded unconditionally.
