Today I want to say that our own immune system has played a very important role in the process of killing the new crown virus. Protecting yourself is the best way to fight the virus.

So, how do we boost our immunity?

1. Moderate exercise

Long-term moderate exercise can strengthen immunity. Regular moderate-intensity aerobic exercise can promote the recognition and response of immune cells to pathogens.

But remember not to overexert. Excessive strenuous exercise may actually weaken immunity and increase the risk of viral infection;

2. Reasonable diet

Scientific diet, balanced nutrition and full supplementation of protein, vitamins... Synthetic material for immune response!

There are bad merchants to "enhance immunity" as a gimmick, peddling health care products, here is a reminder that most health care products have not undergone strict evidence-based medical arguments, or to buy cautiously, because some health care products may increase the burden on the liver and kidneys!

3. Maintain a good attitude

Nervousness can lead to abnormal hormone secretion and inhibit the immune response; so relaxing the mind and reducing mental tension is one of the effective ways to enhance immunity!

4. Vaccination

Vaccines are like "wanted orders" issued to the immune system, providing "photos" of the new crown virus, so that the immune system can "remember" the characteristics of the virus, so as to respond quickly when it is actually exposed to the new crown virus!
