Feeling: This wine is the famous craft dog, a craft beer brand created by two british craft beer enthusiasts with a dog, a revolutionary forerunner of craft beer, and the brand that fired the first shot at industrial beer. The wine I tasted today is the masterpiece of craft dogs, punk British IPA (I also tasted another wine from their family in the previous second episode: Wanderer). The liquor is turbid and golden yellow, the foam is rich but not dense, the smell has a stronger taste of malt and hops, the taste is slightly bitter but this is pure malt and hops, there is a good balance point, and there is a firm bitterness in the back section. As an entry-level product for IPA, this wine has a golden section in terms of taste tuning, in order to cater to the new craft brewing enthusiasts, for these excessive products that are not ready for the bitterness. But the beer cannon feels a little too accommodating to this wine. However, friends who want to try IPA can try.
