The physics foundation we had in various science classes before was almost enough, and the teacher suggested that the summer vacation from the first year of junior high school to the second year of junior high school should be systematically repeated according to the textbook.

Don't make the plan too full, "Nuwa mends the sky" is not suitable for children to make plans, executability should always be at the top of the plan, if you can't implement it, or you can only stick to it for a day or two, this kind of plan is equivalent to not doing it.

The middle and lower grades of primary school can be refined down to what to do every day; The senior grade can take three or four days as a cycle, and complete a certain task within three or four days, without refining to days, if the implementation is not good, then it can be shortened to a two-day cycle; Junior high school can be on a weekly cycle, after all, when children are older, they should be given the autonomy to arrange their own learning and life.
