ARK Transaction Tracking

Edit: Nicole

ARK had 14 trades on Tuesday (April 26), down from the previous day, including only 3 sell trades.

ARK's operation yesterday was roughly the same as on Monday, but no adjustments were made to Tesla's (TSLA) positions. Tesla plunged more than 12 percent on Tuesday, with its latest share price at $876.42. Although MutouJie has successively reduced its holdings in Tesla, as of April 26, Tesla is still the largest heavy stock of ARKK and ARKW, accounting for 9.64% and 9.12% respectively.

Wood Sister has long been a staunch supporter of Tesla's most head and Musk. Musk posted an acquisition statement on Twitter on Tuesday, and Wood Sister then retweeted "Thank you @Musk." Although on Twitter, Wood Sister had already reduced her 90% position before Musk took the stock, "Perfect" missed about $700 million in profits. The latest developments show that Musk's acquisition of Twitter for $44 billion will require $1 billion in damages to Twitter as a termination fee if Musk fails to raise enough capital to complete the acquisition.

In addition, data from data analytics firm S3 Partners shows that investors shorting ARK are reducing their short positions, which have fallen by $205 million over the past 30 days as ARKK shares have fallen.

The trading highlights of the day are as follows:
