In order to prepare for the refereeing of the Chinese Football Association at all levels in the new season, the Dalian Football Association recently held the physical fitness test for the referees of the Chinese Football Association Professional League at the Golden State Stadium, and 15 active Chinese Super League, Chinese First Division and Chinese Second Division referees from the Dalian Football Association participated in the test, in addition, 2 referees of the Liaoning Football Association also participated in the test in the Dalian Football Association Division. Except for 1 referee who applied for a deferred test due to injury or illness, the rest of the referees successfully completed all test items and passed the assessment.
This test strictly complies with the requirements of the Chinese Football Association on epidemic prevention and control, sets up far infrared temperature measurement at the entrance of the stadium, and checks the "double code" and travel trajectory of all the admission personnel. At the same time, professional medical personnel, first-aid equipment and ambulances are arranged at the physical test site to ensure the safe and smooth progress of the test.
The test was conducted by Zhang Jian, a physical fitness lecturer of the Chinese Football Association, as the main examiner, and a number of active professional league competition supervisors and referees supervised the on-site supervision, ensuring the fairness and impartiality of the test. The test is in strict accordance with the requirements and standardized processes of the Chinese Football Association, 40 meters of repeated sprint running, CODA running, 75\25 intermittent running, the whole process of video recording, test results, test data after the completion of the test unified report to the Chinese Football Association.

At the same time, the Dalian Football Association also organized the elite first-level referees who are actively in the reserve national level and key training to observe the test on the spot, feel the test atmosphere of the professional league referees in advance, and after the professional league referee test, these young referees also carried out exactly the same test content, and the result was a pass rate of 95% and an excellent rate of 91%.
This test showed the good physical condition and mental outlook of the referee team of the Dalian Football Association Professional League, and also "made a good start" for their law enforcement work in the new season. The Dalian Football Association will take this test as an opportunity to further strengthen the construction of the city's referee team, continuously strengthen the talent reserve, and provide strong support for the guarantee of various events.
