On April 26, GAC Trumpchi EMKOO Yingku was officially released, the new car is based on the EMKOO concept car, born in the GPMA architecture, positioning compact SUV, EMKOO Yingku will provide hybrid and fuel a total of 3 sets of power system, will focus on a new generation of young personalized users. Mass production is expected in the fourth quarter of 2022 and will be officially launched at the end of the year.
In terms of appearance, EMKOO Yingku uses GAC Trumpchi's latest "science and technology industrial aesthetics" design concept, the overall shape presents a full mecha style, the front grille adopts a V-shaped array, the shape is tough and full of power. The headlights on the left and right sides are slender and sharp, the headlights are equipped with intelligent dynamic light effects, and the interior uses module technology, which is very highly technological.
The overall front side of the body adopts a low front and rear high posture, which makes the whole vehicle show a posture of being ready to go. The waistline of the upper part of the side is straight, and the lower part of the line is matched, so that the side shows different light and shadow effects. The hybrid version and the fuel version are equipped with different rim shapes, presenting different visual effects.
The rear of the car uses more right angle lines, and the mech style is more intense, with a hollow spoiler on the upper part and a diffuser shape on the lower part to make the rear of the car more sporty. The 2.0T model is equipped with a double-sided longitudinal four-out exhaust, which is full of mechanical feeling. The biggest highlight of the tail is still on the tail lamp, the shape is bold, and equipped with pulsed lighting effects, which are very recognizable after lighting.
The interior uses a dark style, and the mech style is as strong as the exterior. The newly designed three-spoke steering wheel is also designed with a positive ring for a sporty feel. The dashboard area uses a scroll style, and above it is a large-size floating instrument, built-in ADiGO 5.0 intelligent driving interconnection ecosystem, equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, bringing a smoother intelligent experience. The lower part of the center console is a crystal electronic gear shift mechanism, and the shape is very highly technological and exquisite.
In terms of power, EMKOO Yingku provides a total of 3 sets of hybrid + fuel system, and the hybrid version of the model is equipped with the "Julang Hybrid" system: 2.0L engine + 2-speed DHT transmission. This year, GAC Trumpchi will also successively launch shadow leopard and M8 hybrid models equipped with "Julang Hybrid". The fuel version of the model is divided into two engines, 1.5T and 2.0T, of which the 1.5T model is equipped with the third-generation Julang power 1.5TGDI engine, which matches the 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission; the 2.0T model is equipped with a 2.0TGDI engine, which matches the Aisin 8-speed automatic transmission.
