Cloisonné has an extremely cumbersome and complex production process, which requires a total of 108 processes. The production of cloisonné is divided into eight parts. The first is to cut the copper plate, then to hammer the tire, then to make the filigree, then to paint the sticky wire, then to glaze the blue, then to the furnace to burn the blue, polished and polished, and finally to gild the surface. The vase we made today uses two processes: filigree and dot blue. Filigree is the most exquisite process in cloisonné, and often whether the overall appearance is vivid or not lies in whether the copper tire pattern is vivid, which is a test of the filigree master. The point blue is even more amazing, using special tools to scoop glazes of different colors, slowly and methodically embedded in the gaps in the copper wire, and the final color effect is all dependent on the master's eyesight.
