The second time he met Vic was in the sealed prison of the would-be king, when Vic appeared as a sealed boss.

From the plot, it can be seen that the villagers have high expectations for King Vic, and after seeing this scene, I thought that Vic might be the village chief or hero.
The result is not that Vic believes in the Three Fingers, while the villagers believe in the King of Epilepsy. Vic only became the closest person to the King of Epilepsy with his great strength, so he was admired by the villagers.
