Aijiwei April 24, Samsung recently officially released another new image sensor with a resolution of up to 100 million, S5KHM6.
S5KHM6 due to the use of 0.64μm pixel size Nonapixel arrangement, so its optical format size is also reduced to 1/1.67", may be the released image sensor products, the optical format of the smallest 100 million pixel image sensor.
Due to its late release, the S5KHM6 uses a lower input voltage design compared to its predecessors, S5KHM2 and S5KHM3, which are also 100 million pixels, and the analog circuit requires only 2.2V.
In terms of functions and readout specifications, the S5KHM6 supports 8K24fps, 4K120fps, and also supports Smart-ISO Pro functions, up to 12bit RAW output.
According to the news on Samsung's official website, this sensor is currently in the mass production stage.
