Prior to joining Tess alliance, Dr. Yang Yang had led more than 20 cutting-edge technology research and application demonstration projects in the field of broadband mobile communications and intelligent Internet of Things. As the technical leader, from 2014 to 2016, Dr. Yang Yang led the completion of the national science and technology major special project "Sensor Network Technology Research and Development for the Safety of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project".

In addition, as the project leader, Dr. Yang Yang is implementing the key special project of the National Key R&D Program "Key Technologies and Demonstration of Internet of Things and Smart Cities" "5G Ubiquitous IoT Infrastructure Construction and Demonstration for the Smart City Cluster in the Greater Bay Area". For his outstanding scientific research achievements, Dr. Yang Yang was selected as an IEEE Fellow (2018), various outstanding academic leaders and leading talents, etc., and the "Broadband Wireless Sensor Network" scientific research team led by him won the honor of "Innovation Team in Key Areas" of the Innovation Talent Promotion Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Currently, Dr. Yang also serves as a member of the Industrial Cooperation Committee (ICB) and 5G Field Coordinator of the IEEE Communications Society, an editor of the IEEE TNSE and IoTJ journals, and a technical investigator at the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. He was a member of the board of directors and director of the International Fog Computing Industry-University-Research Alliance, the chairman of the Steering Committee of the Asia-Pacific Communications Conference (APCC), the expert of the overall group of the national science and technology major project "New Generation Broadband Wireless Mobile Communication Network", the expert of the overall expert group of the "Fifth Generation Mobile Communication System (5G) Preliminary Research and Development" major project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the chief technology officer of Fuzhou Internet of Things Open Laboratory, the director of the Key Laboratory of Wireless Sensor Networks and Communications of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the director of the Shanghai Wireless Communication Research Center. As well as the Deputy Dean of the School of Information science and technology of ShanghaiTech University, the executive dean of the School of Creative Arts, and the founding dean of Kedao College.

Dr. Yang holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Southeast University and Ph.D. from Chinese University of Hong Kong, and has taught at the University of Chinese in Hong Kong, Brunel University in the United Kingdom, University College London (UCL), the Shanghai Institute of Microsystems of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Shanghai University of Science and Technology. He is also a part-time researcher at Pengcheng Lab and a visiting professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

In his English book entitled "Intelligent IoT for the Digital World", Dr. Yang Yang proposed that "the service goal of the future digital world is to be 'user-centric', and the smartest and most efficient service architecture is the Internet of Things and multi-level computing power networks". This coincides with Tessell's long-standing "'people-oriented' innovation with AIoT technology as the starting point".

Tessal has long adhered to the company's strategy of driving growth through technology research and development, and continues to invest in expanding its talent pool. In September 2020, Tessell announced the launch of the "T Plan", inviting top scientific and technological talents in the fields of artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, big data, robotics, cloud computing, carbon neutrality and other fields to join in order to upgrade and optimize the company's overall talent structure, especially to increase the proportion of R&D talents in the above fields.

In July 2021, on the basis of the "T Plan", Tesslink officially put forward the goal of "Baibo", which aims to recruit more than 100 scientists, products and technical experts with doctoral degrees, lay a talent foundation for the company's new strategic direction, create a number of star teams led by top scientific research talents, and devote themselves to cutting-edge technology exploration, new product research and development, application scenario landing, etc., so as to effectively expand and consolidate the company's core technology layout. At present, the core management and technical team members of Tessell have graduated from Harvard University, Stanford University, California Institute of Technology, Tsinghua University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and other top universities in the world, and have profound industry experience.

Ai Yu, founder and CEO of Tession, believes that scientific and technological innovation is the premise of all development, and it is also the mission engraved in the DNA of Tessell's entrepreneurship. In his recently released internal letter, Ai Yu wrote: The addition of Dr. Yang Yang and Dr. Shao Ling is the latest result of the "T Plan" proposed by TSL two years ago, and it is also a strategic upgrade made by Tessa in response to the changing market environment and needs.

"In the future, we will continue to increase investment in scientific and technological research and development and innovation, gather the most innovative and top talents with R&D capabilities for the market, and fulfill the company's commitment to the mission of scientific and technological innovation." It is believed that the addition of Dr. Yang Yang, Dr. Shao Ling, and more talents in the future will surely help Tesslian's scientific and technological innovation to a new level, forge ahead in the competition of the industry, and greet the spring sunshine in the cold wind of the steep wind. Ai Yu said.

"I'm very excited to be part of such a dynamic and dynamic team. In the past few years, Texlink has put forward many bold application ideas and realized them one by one with its excellent innovation ability and pragmatic service spirit, which has impressed me very much.

The wave of application of intelligent Internet of Things technology has struck, and the direction that Teslink strives to explore carries the expectations of the intelligent industry and everyone's dream of the future city! I am very honored to join Tession at this important time node, and have the opportunity to apply my years of research and thinking in the field of intelligent Internet of Things to a variety of intelligent products and solutions that can serve every user, and help Tessell quickly promote the landing of smart city application scenarios and the development of the intelligent Internet of Things industry. Dr. Yang Yang said.

The continuous growth of the talent team has significantly accelerated the iteration of Techlink's technology and products. In July 2021, TacOS officially released TacOS (Tesslian Smart City Operating System), as the smart hub of Teslian AI CITY, TacOS realizes the collaborative opening of urban smart terminals and cloud resources through the construction of cloud digital infrastructure, and provides closed-loop operation and management services for urban populations.

In 2022, Tess LianDeyang Science and Technology Innovation Center was officially put into operation. Through the Science and Technology Innovation Center, Teslian expects to fully penetrate the academic ecology and industrial ecology, so that the academic ecology can develop corresponding pre-training models based on industrial data, and provide the surrounding small and medium-sized micro and medium-sized enterprises with the computing power, data, algorithm models and other core elements required for AI in a "cost-sharing" manner, so that enterprises of all sizes and with different AI foundations can realize the incubation of their own intellectual property algorithms and the invocation of existing mature algorithms through TacOS in a low-code, modular production mode according to their own needs. Promote the joint innovation of more efficient intelligent Internet of Things technology and the practical promotion of industrial applications.
