In the theme forum of "Young Scientific and Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents Talk About Tomorrow", Yang Yang, a researcher at the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, told the story of his choice and adaptation experience as a returnee with five years of work experience in the United Kingdom and six years in China. He also used the metaphors of trees and suns, soil, and trees to explain his understanding of goals, environment, and team.
The forum was jointly organized by the Science and Technology Talent Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the People's Network Strong Country Forum in May, and Intellectuals participated as a media support.

►Yang Yang, Ph.D., is currently a researcher, deputy director of the Academic Committee, and director of the Key Laboratory of Wireless Sensor Networks and Communications of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a member of the "Academic Work Committee" of the China Communications Society; an expert of the overall expert group of the "Fifth Generation Mobile Communication System Preliminary Research and Development" major project of the Ministry of Science and Technology; and an expert of the overall group of the "New Generation Broadband Wireless Mobile Communication Network" of the National Science and Technology Major Project.
Research areas include wireless sensor networks (Internet of Things), next-generation mobile communication systems (4G/5G), and new wireless technology test and verification platforms.
