Shareholder information shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Luxun Precision Industry Co., Ltd.

It is worth mentioning that on April 1, Lixun Co., Ltd. officially took a stake in Chery Holding Group Co., Ltd. to cooperate in developing the vehicle ODM model.
