The docent of the Bronze Museum in tanhe is introducing the visitors to the front, and the bustling visitors maintain a mysterious and awe of the four sheep fangzun. The Siyang Fangzun is the largest surviving Shang Dynasty bronze fangzun in China, with a length of 52.4 cm on each side, a height of 58.3 cm and a weight of 34.5 kg. In the museum, the casting process of the Four Sheep Fangzun is restored in detail, and the site of the Western Zhou City in Tanheli is also known to the world because of its appearance.
"At the end of the Shang Dynasty and the beginning of the Zhou Dynasty, when King Wu keshang was in power, a group of relics of the Shang Dynasty in the Central Plains moved south to the south, and when they came to this place in the Huangwu Basin in Ningxiang, Hunan, they thought that the land here was very fertile and particularly suitable for people to live, and the natural basin was surrounded by mountains on three sides, with only one exit, which had advantages over the military, political, and wars at that time, and belonged to a place that was easy to defend and difficult to attack." In this anointed land, people who migrated south began a new chapter with the local indigenous people. In the fifteenth year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty (1810), Tanheli once again began the first stage of factory construction in an inclusive posture. In the spring of that year, He Chubang, a merchant from Guangdong, built the first factory in Ningxiang since the record of Ningxiang, the casting pot factory, on this ancient land.
He Chubang built a boiler, employed 10 people, and produced 5 kinds of iron pots such as "God", "Niu San" and "Ten Yards". The establishment of the factory has opened the precedent of "casting pot" and achieved the glorious history of casting pot in Tanhe for nearly a hundred years. A stone stirred up thousands of waves, the courage to innovate in Ningxiang people have successively developed handicrafts, light industry and other industries, in the 1970s the city set off a "five small" (small steel, small machinery, small fertilizer, small coal, small cement) industry boom.
In the industrial boom, "Fushan measuring tools" gradually became famous. At its peak, there were more than 300 measuring tool enterprises, of which the Zhitian Measuring Tool Factory was the largest, covering an area of more than 100 acres, with 15 factories, producing 22 types of more than 300 specifications of flat plates, bridge rulers, angle rulers and other measuring tools. As a precision tool, the gage has very high requirements for the skills of workers, and the products made by the workers have reached the national industry standards at that time.
Chen Weiguang has worked in Naota Gauge Factory for more than 7 years, and he knows the control of product quality and the skillful skills of the workers. "The measuring tool casting we cast is good to shovel and hard when manually shoveling, and its technical content is here." Naota Measuring Tool Factory was the only ministry-quality product (the national industry standard at that time) in the entire industry in the mountainous area, and the product quality reached the standard issued by the ministry and belonged to the leading enterprises in the industry at that time. Chen Weiguang said.
The unique production process and level of "Fushan Measuring Tool" occupied half of the domestic measuring tool market at that time, and at the same time opened up overseas markets for sales to more than 10 countries and regions. In the late 1990s, as the gage industry was hit by the financial crisis, factories gradually shrank or transformed.
A group of young talents took over the baton of the older generation of gage factory personnel and guided the development of the gage industry. In 1997, "Shan Shan Measuring Tool" represented the enterprise Xiangzikou Measuring Tool Factory under the leadership of the factory director Chen Jiliang, breaking new ground. Chen Jiliang recalled: "Painfully thinking about the pain, I decided to break new ways with innovative ideas. In that year, after I contracted the measuring tool factory, I established the measuring tool as the main industry, and gradually expanded the machine tool work platform, machine mattress iron and other products, and the gdp of the enterprise increased from 800,000 yuan to 37 million yuan in 8 years, and the output value increased by 40 times. ”
In 2005, the measuring tool factory was restructured, and Chen Jiliang established Hunan Precision Measuring Tool Industry Co., Ltd., ushering in the spring of development. In 2009, Chen Jiliang invested 150 million yuan in Ningxiang High-tech Zone to build a new factory, and more than ten years have passed, and now Jingliang Heavy Industry has become a leading enterprise in the national measuring tool industry. "Through the introduction of new equipment, new technologies, and cooperation with universities to strengthen the company's own research and development capabilities, the product range continues to enrich, including straight gauge casting, machine tool bed and accessory casting, automotive mold casting, etc., of which the single piece casting weight up to 60 tons, casting minimum wall of up to 6 mm."
