【GMS】Adventure Island Sticky Notes: Update on the January International Service Route Map

Hello adventurers.

As you may recall, we shared the international service roadmap for the first half of 2022 in the Adventure Island note on January 13. Since it has been about three months, we would like to provide an update on the roadmap and confirm the status of the content, changes and activities mentioned. We've also detailed some of the noteworthy places below for more information.

Blossom Forest Anniversary Edition

As you may have seen from our v.232 update preview article, Adventure Island's 17th anniversary is just around the corner! As a celebration, we invite our adventurers to play mini-games in the Blossom Forest to get special features and decoration rewards. For more information, please look forward to our v.232 Blossom Forest Update Log on April 26th.

Adventurer remake

Our Adventurer class will be tweaked this summer, and we hope to achieve the following goals: to enhance the unique characteristics of each level, modernize the battle mode, and enhance the skill growth experience. The adventurers who will be making skill adjustments are listed below:

● Paladin

● Black Knight

● Heroes

● Magic Master (Ice/Thunder)

● Magister (Fire/Poison)

● Bishop

● Sharpshooter

● Arrow God

● Hermit

● Rogue

● Shadow double knife

● Artillerymen

● Stormtrooper Captain

● Captain

In addition to the key skills mentioned above, there is more to content such as Adventurer Story Tweaks and V Matrix Tweaks. As we approach the release of the update, we will share more information.

Boss rewards are tweaked additionally

In the June update, we plan to tweak our BOSS rewards, and here are some of the changes included.

● Aesulebs and Shadow of Mystery equipment will now be dropped with armor chests and weapon chests. After defeating more advanced bosses, the drop rate of chests will increase.

Will's Cursed Book of Magic and Mithra's Wrath will now drop in boxes.

● Rewards such as 50% extra XP coupons and shiny Red Star potions will be added to some bosses.

● Rewards such as Chaos Scrolls 60% and Fortune Potions will be removed from some bosses.

Yin-Yang Master skill adjustment

As we previously announced in the Adventure Island Note on January 13th, in the June update, we plan to remove the effect of the Yin-Yang Division's Ghost Summoning Skill to change the time of monster rebirth, and instead increase the experience points by 10%. When this change was first announced, many wondered what impact it might have on the future of wild totems. We would like to inform you that we currently have no plans to make changes to the Wild Totem. We'll further elaborate on the overall skill adjustment in the June update's changelog.

Player cabin content

My Cabin will land in all the worlds this summer. My Cabin is brand new and adventurers above level 200 will have their own house on Adventure Island! You can decorate your house with furniture and use the various features it offers, such as warehouses, music players, invitations, and much more. You can invite other adventurers from the same world to your cabin, or visit a lodge set up as a public friend, whether they are online or not! We hope you will use this personal living space to further showcase your unique style (a new level of fashionable adventure island) and to socialize by holding social distancing gatherings with friends and guild members.

That's all we'd like to share with you about the upcoming updates before July 2022. We would also like to tell you that our Adventure Island team has been committed to regularly releasing the International Service Roadmap in the future. Starting in June this year, we plan to share the international service roadmap on a quarterly basis for the next 3-4 months, covering premium content and tweaks. In the coming months, you can expect the release of the roadmap map memo.

Please note that the roadmap may be slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances due to plans that may change, or we may release mid-term updates to inform you of changes to the proposed timeline. We will try to avoid this, but if it does happen, we will thank you for your understanding and patience.

We hope that these roadmaps will help clarify upcoming content plans and avoid confusion about when certain content will be released in international servers. Our Adventure Island team will continue to strive to provide advance notice of content and changes throughout the year.
